I needed a root canal and they took care of it. However, the process of getting my insurance confirmed didn't go smooth at all. They said I didn't have insurance when I definitely was insured. With my efforts and calls, we did get it straight. So I made appointments for my husband and son. When the day came for their appointment, I got a call from St Charles Dental stating they were not insured. I assured them they were, and advised of the previous insurance verification issue. Which the rep disregarded and asked me to call my insurance company and bring their cards to verify insurance. Since I was driving and it was 20 mins before the appointment time, I asked if they could follow up as they did before. She was upset and didn't want to do her job, so I said to cancel the appointment. I had the insurance company to verify both my husband and son were insured. And waited to see if St. Charles Dental would correct their mistaken phone call. They didn't, so we will take our business elsewhere.

If you are looking for a gentle and caring dentist, I urge you to pay Dr. Coleman visit. Dr. Coleman and her staff has given my family the upmost care in dental treatment. I love her patience, thoroughness, and care she has for her patients. Today I was here for a crown. It was wonderful, NO PAIN. Pay her a visit soon. Dr. Coleman will not be accepting Humana Insurance in the new coming year 2022.

I have been going to this dental office since 2017, and they have always given just ok service. I recently called and advised the front desk that I had a crown that needed repair and had come off, she stated that I also was due for a cleaning and that all could be done in the same appointment. I advised I would come on my lunch break and how long the the appointment, she advised 45 mins, I got the cleaning and that took about an hour then I had to wait approximately 20-30 minutes for the doctor to come in an tell me she didnt have time to look at my crown. I advised her that is why I made the appointment and she said my crown needed some work but she didnt have time and that I would have to sign a waiver and people need to stop trying to fix old crowns and on and on. I told her I did not come to prolong anything if I need a new crown fine but what can we do now. she stated she couldnt do anything because she was working on another patient and I would have to come back later in the day. I was mad but I agreed, the receptionist calls me 30 mins before my scheduled appointment to tell me the office is closed. I said but I have a scheduled appointment and the doctor said she would do it. apparently she changed her mind. I asked when I could reschedule and she said she didnt know as the office was pretty booked up. I asked are you telling me you want see me. she jumped around this question. Ok myself and my Children will find services else where.. never have I ever experienced this type treatment from any provider..

I have been a patient there for two years. The staff is very courteous and the Dr.'s are so professional Very pleased with the work that I have had . The office is very clean.

All the staff is very friendly, from your experience at check in with Tasha all the way to the back with Dr. Coleman. They go above and beyond to make any procedure a comfortable experience from start to finish. I highly recommend st. Charles family dental.

We have just selected this location as our family dentist. So far we have been pleasantly pleased and hopefully that will continue. The staff is really kind and so are the providers.

Customer service is impeccable! Front desk clerk is very knowledgeable of her position and doesn't mind educating clients. Facility is very clean and well managed. Wait time was under 20 minutes. Very satisfied.

Dr. Coleman and her staff are friendly, professional, and personable. She knows her stuff and uses the latest technology. One of my pet peeves about going to the dentist is that a lot of dentist are very condescending . That's not the case at St. Charles family dental. They support that fact that you are there to address your dental issues and don't talk down to you.

Since the first time I walked through those doors I've felt at home. Dr Coleman and staff are awesome, caring, professionals. I have never liked dentists but if I have to identify with one it's with St Charles Family. The best.

Dr. Coleman and her team are so amazing! They provide the best care. If you have any questions they will be sure to answer them. Any procedure that I have had she thoroughly explains it as she is working. Her assistant Jasmine also made sure that I was comfortable throughout my visit. The receptionist Tasha is so sweet. She makes sure that everything is explained to you pertaining to your visit and or upcoming visits. I will continue to come back because they make you feel welcomed. It seems as if we are family! Thank you all for what you do!

I always have a great experience here. The staff is very polite and accommodating. Dr. Coleman is very kind and unassuming. Even though the dentist makes me very nervous she has ways to calm me. Thank you!
