In myyears of practicing dentistry in Berkeley Springs, I have been blessed to treat many patients and develop longstanding friendships with them and their families. It has always been my goal to provide the care and attention that each one deserves. With the outstanding staff that assists me, we work hard each day to attain quality care for all. While dentistry has changed in many ways through the years, the dedication to providing the best possible experience for those who enter our office has not.

I fell in love with the Eastern Panhandle as a college student at Shepherd University, and moved to Berkeley Springs after receiving my Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from West Virginia University School of Dentistry in 1980.

Steadily learning the newest and most advanced dental treatment options is an important facet of my work. I attend more than 40 hours of continuing education each year, and focuson all aspects of restorative and cosmetic dentistry. The majority of our practice is built on restoration of teeth, which resultsin improved health and confident smiles. Staying in touch with advances in the field is both a requirement and a means to providing our patients the highest quality of care.

As an active proponent of organized dentistry, Iserved for many years as a representative of West Virginia to the House of Delegates of the American Dental Association. I am also a member of the Eastern Panhandle Dental Society, West Virginia Dental Association, American Dental Association, American College of Dentists, Academy of Operative Dentistry, International College of Dentists, and West Virginia University Alumni Association. I also enjoy working with future dentists and have taught as a clinical professor at WVU.

It is my belief that giving back to a community is critical to being a resident of that area. To that end, I have worked with a number of local service organizations, held office in school groups, and currently serve on the board of directors for the Healthy Smiles Community Oral Health Centerin Martinsburg. I also serve on the Regional Hospital Board and board of directors for Valley Healths facilities of War Memorial and Hampshire Memorial hospitals.

Ienjoy the opportunity to mentor and work with the dental students who are assigned a rural rotation in our office. As a result of those relationships, Dr. Sricharan Mahavadi came on board as an associate and is now the person to take the practice to a new era. While I will now be the associate, I am grateful to have such an outstanding young dentisttake the reins of this practice.

My wife Toni and I have raised three children andnow blessed to have four grandchildren. My spare time is spent with family and working at our farm, where I enjoy raising cattle, growing crops, making hay, and golfing when I get the chance!

When someone asks me to describe myself, the first thing I tell them is that I am a West Virginian. I was born in India and moved to the United States when I was three years old. Shortly thereafter, my family moved to Martinsburg, and I have called it home since.

Dentistry has been what I have wanted to do since high school because of how oral healthcan affect peoples lives. It is an extraordinary feeling to be able to help someone once more enjoy their food or smile without hesitation. In short, I want to help my patients achieve these things and maintain their dental health for a lifetime. Furthering my education in learning new techniques and technology will enhance my ability to do these things.

When Im not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and my dog, Leo. Whether its gardening with mom and dad or taking Leo on a hike, or playing golf or tennis, being outside in the hills of West Virginia is my favorite pastime ... unless the Mountaineers are playing and then I am watching them and cheering them on!

2021 begins a new era for our office at 345 Concord Avenue. Dr. Leslie and I have created the next step for the dental practice that heestablished in Berkeley Springs in 1980. I will pick up what he has begun and continueproviding the dental care that you and your families have come to expect from us and our talented staff. Dr. Leslie and I look forward to seeing you soon. I have worked in Dr. Leslies office for more than fifteen years and know him to be a knowledgeable, gentle, caring, generous, and phenomenal dentist. Being a lifelong resident of this community, I know many of our patients and delight in catching up with all their life happenings when they come into the office.

I have been a part of Dr. Leslies office since 1998 and have enjoyed working with him and our dental family ever since. I have been married to my husbandPhil for more than 20 years. We have three daughters, two granddaughters, and twograndsons. I enjoy spending time with family, working on home improvement projects, and gardening.

I have been answering the phone and helping patients at Dr. Leslies office for more than 25 years. I enjoy seeing and talking to the people that come through the office and watching their kids grow up! My team and I are like a family. We help each other through ups and downs, and are always here for one another.

I have been a part of Dr. Leslies practice since he began in Berkeley Springs. I am committed to creating a positive dental experience for our patients and truly enjoy the great relationships Ive built with them over the years. Hello, my name is Lakyn and I am the newest member of Dr. Leslie's team. I recently graduated from Harrisburg Area Community College with a degree in dental assisting. I was drawn to this practice because of the family like atmosphere that makes it so enjoyable to come to work. That same feeling is extended to our patients who share their lives with us for their dental care. I look forward to many years of working with this team where the oral health and comfort of our patients is our number one priority. And in those years, I will look forward to meeting your family!

Ive been a part of Dr. Leslies practice since 2006. I have seen the way he cares for his patients and makes them feel comfortable, especially when he sings to them! My favorite thing about working in the dental field is watching a patients reactions when they see their newly restored smile! Theres nothing better than helping a person feel better about their smile!

When Im not at work, I enjoy baking, running, and visiting new places. I love spending time with my husband, our young daughter, and our animals, family, and friends. I look forward to meeting you and your smile!

Hi! My name is Dixie. I began with Dr. Leslie in 2000 as a dental assistant and was inspired to become a dental hygienist. I am now back in the practice, working with patients one-on-one, and I absolutely love it! Its so rewarding to see how clean my patients smiles are, and to know that Ive put so much care into their health. I look forward to working with you and your family. Together we can achieve excellent dental health!

When Imnot at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, two daughters, stepdaughter, and four dogs. As a family, we enjoy vacationing in Pigeon Forge, Tennesseeand working on the farm. I am a member of and volunteer with the community fire department.

I worked as an orthodontic assistant for 26 years before deciding to become a dental hygienist in 2003, and joined Dr. Leslies team in 2013. I enjoy making patients who are afraid feel comfortable in the dental chair, and help them realize that there is nothing to be fearful of. My teammates are the best, too! I love working here because the entire team, from top to bottom, is sincerely concerned about our patients and each other.

My husband Butch is retired from teaching eighth-grade algebra. Our son Rob teaches at Millbrook High School in Virginia. Our other son, Joe, is a Berkeley County Sheriffs deputy. We are all Mountaineer maniacs and never miss a football game or basketball game!

Ive been working at Dr. Leslies practice since 2007. This is a very caring practice that puts patients first. We are a group of people who truly want to help others. I am very proud to be part of this team because we all make our patients feel comfortable and at ease.

Not originally from Berkeley Springs, I enjoy learning more and more about this area. My husband and I have four children, and we love to boat, fish, and just enjoy life together. I look forward to getting to know you and your family!
