We LOVE Dr. Meredith and all of her dental staff. They are so kind, thorough and loving towards our kids. Nothing but the highest quality work and care is found here. It's always spotless and clean and the kids LOVE the thoughtful dental gift bags each time they visit. We are so thankful we have SPROUTS super close to our home:)))

We love it but just wish setting up appointments were made easier. Perhaps even an online option to set up appointments. The last few times has been a hit or miss trying to set up both my kids 6 months cleaning appointments. I typically leave a message and won't hear back for weeks. Also, our insurance only pays for one fluoride treatment once a year, it would be nice for them to track this so we aren't charged for a second treatment because we're just told it was added as part of the cleaning. Besides these two things, our kids usually love it there. Edit: Dr. Meredith pulled me aside after my kids had their teeth cleaned to talk about my review. One, I appreciated that she took the time to chat. And two, we have had more positive experiences than negatives. So, while I did have frustrations setting up one appointment after the shutdown, I realize that many small businesses were still returning. One thing I have always appreciated about Sprouts is that they were able to work with my son who is very shy. He started going there after turning 2 years old (he is six now) and they've always patiently helped warm him up before doing any kid of work in his mouth. As a parent, that means a lot. All in all, neither one of my kids hate going to get their teeth cleaned which is important to us. And we have been long-time customers...just about tens years now. We hope to continue to take our kids there until they're grown. Thank you to the Sprouts team!

Having relocated multiple times, we've been to various pediatric dentists. Sprouts is by far our favorite! The staff is efficient and gentle with the kiddos, the front desk personnel are professional, and Dr. Meredith is extremely positive, reassuring, and meticulous.

I would tend to agree with others who have spoken about the front desk staff, and recently changed billing policies. For example they will not bill your secondary insurance knowing full well the primary will be denied, because I can only imagine why... I would agree the service is good, but billing and reception leaves a lot to be desired....

Love Dr. Meredith, it is not for everyone. This was my daughter's primary dentistry up until she started 1st grade. With limited hours and having to take our kids out of school, was just not working for us anymore.

My son was sedated with pediatric dental anesthesia associates at this office. Of course we were so nervous but the entire team eased our fears and did so well with our son. From the anesthesia team to the Sprouts dental team they worked so well together and made his appointment go so smooth. Highly recommend Dr. Kurysh and her entire office!

Highly recommend Sprouts in Hugo! The staff are very friendly and great to work with. They made a comfortable, and amazing experience for my two little kiddos. They took the time to explain everything step by step to the kids as they were in the chair. They spoke directly to the kids and asked them important questions instead of just asking me, which made both kids not only feel special, but helping them with confidence and independence as well. We have found our forever Dentist! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Wonderful staff! They are so great and made my two kids' first trip to the dentist an awesome experience. So understanding, too, when kiddos don't want to necessarily cooperate. My kids already want to go back lol!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I have actually taken my three kids here for the past year. The office is kid friendly the dentist is decent with Kids. However....... The front desk secretary is down right mean and horrible . Just rude. She has caused my family to find another dentist. We have GREAT coverage our insurance is on point. Last few times she rudely told me I owed 100s of dollars . I knew it wasn't my twenty percent so called insurance while there . Out of the 460 she was demanding quiet Rudely to me my insurance said absolutely not you owe 80. Omg 80! Out of 460! What if I would of not checked.? I wouldn't of known I only owed 80. She point blank told me it was already sent to insurance and I owed 460 out of pocket. Warning please if you have insurance do your math before you hand her money. I did try to go back to finish off my four year olds apt and she was horrible to me because of the call out . She made me feel like a second class citizen. And so not helpful just plain rude . Really think before you trust this place with you $ and Time . I am devastated that people like her are left in charge and running a place that should be kid friendly and helpful to parents as dentist trips are hard enough.

All I can say is WOW and not in a good way. If I could leave 0 stars or even give them a negative stars I would. They lied to me by telling me I made my appointment a month prior to today, when in truth I had made it months in advance. They lied when they said that my husband made the appointment, when in truth I did and they lied about me talking to the actual dentist in advance about my son's care plan. And not once was I rude to them until the dentist herself got on the phone and chewed me out for a full minute, not letting me get a word in edge wise. And even after that, all I could say is "wow". Horrible people horrible service. And after all that the dentist told me to find care somewhere else and hung up.....now my son has to wait for months to get care for his teeth somewhere else. I have no words. Would not recommend this place.

Dr. Meredith is amazing! She is kind and patient and goes above and beyond to make sure your child feels comfortable. The entire team is very friendly, welcoming, and professional. I highly recommend this practice!

This office is absolutely beautiful and the Kids Cave is super cool. I wasn't seen unfortunately, because of a mix up with my insurance. The desk ladies made me feel like a second class citizen and were no further help in the matter. Very condescending. I'm sure the Dentist is wonderful. Thank you Sprouts.
