Absolute INCOMPETANCE by their employees and outright DISRESPECT toward their clients. After having a tooth pulled I had a periodontist install an implant on March 7th, and scheduled a follow up with him for May 31st. I then called Springwood Dental Associates to schedule an appointment to have a crown installed on the implant after May 31st. The employee I spoke with at Springwood Dental Associates told me that she wasn't allowed to schedule the crown appointment until they receive clearance from the periodontist. Fair enough. I asked the Springwood Dental Associates employee what would be the lead time for an appointment once I get the clearance from the periodontist, and she replied that they can get me in to their office within 2-3 weeks. She also requsted that I download the patient forms from their website and fill them out ahead of time. Yesterday, May 31st, I received the clearance from the periodontist, so today June 1st I took my patient paperwork to Springwood Dental Associates in order to schedule an appointment to have a crown installed on the implant. The first thing I noticed upon arrival is that their handicapped parking and accessible path of travel between the parking stall and the front door of the business does not meet Federally mandated ADA handicapped accessibility requirements and is unsafe for handicapped people to use. This is a civil rights violation against physically handicapped people and expresses disdain and disrespect by Springwood Dental Associates against handicapped people. As I entered the building I noticed that all the seating in their waiting room was filled with people. This indicates that the staff of Springwood Dental Associates are extremely disrespectful of their clients and their client's time by overbooking appointments and then forcing their clients to sit and wait for staff to become available. Finally, I get to the customer no service window, give the receptionist my completed patient forms as they had previously requested, and requested to schedule an appointment for a crown on the new implant. The employee tells me they are currently scheduling for December. WHAT?!?!?! I informed her that I had been told on the phone that it would be 2-3 weeks to get an appointment. The employee just stood and stared at me without saying anything more, So between violating the constitutionally protected civil rights of handicapped people, disrespecting their clients by overbooking appointments, and then outright lying to me about their scheduling lead time, I can only conclude that the business operations of Springwood Dental Associates is absolutely incompetent.

Called office to verify they were an in network provider with my insurance co. and was told yes. Receive denial from insurance co. stating not an in network provider . Contact office and was told sorry we don't know who you talked to so there is nothing we can do other than give you five percent off.( Does it really matter whom I talked to? You gave me the wrong info! Or why not check to see who scheduled the appointment?) It's unfortunate there office personnel are not competent because the dentist were great. Use them if you want to pay out of pocket because they won't give you the correct information when you call and don't want to do anything about providing incorrect information.

This practice makes keeping my teeth healthy pleasant and convenient. Dr. Green is patient, effective, responsive, gentle, and friendly, and the rest of the staff is helpful and professional. I don't even mind going now!

Thus place will release your personal info without consent and when their 3rd party doesnt send statements or you never receive them until 9 months after the fact the bill us more than triple what you originally owed 9 dollar bill turns into 27. This is why our healthcare us u affordable in this country.

Great experience both my husband and I. I had Erin and my husband had Carol. Both were very gentle and gave us good information. Met Dr. Green. All awesome . So glad we found a dental home.

This was the only dental place out of multiple that I called that could get me in for an emergency visit same day. Not sure of the ladies name that helped me, but she was the best! So understanding of my anxiety of having dental work done. Dr green was my doctor who did my procedure. Both walked me through the procedure and made me feel so much more comfortable. I will definitely keep going to this office. Great staff and very professional. Can't thank them enough for the work they did!

My family and I are fairly new to this practice, but with the little time we have had here I wish I had found them years ago. The staff is so professional. They also make you feel comfortable and at ease. My daughter is 'special needs' and they have been so kind to her and helped to minimize her anxieties during procedures. I am looking forward to continued business with this wonderful establishment.

My husband and I have been patients here for over 20 years. I've had Dr. Bowman, Dr. Lupinetti, Dr. Christian Bowman, and Dr. Green, as well as many of the hygenists. They are all wonderful people. Thank you all so much for keeping our teeth healthy.

We moved out of the York area for ten years. When we moved back a year ago we were very greatful to be able to get into Springwood Dental. All the staff are very professional and friendly. Never have had a bad experience and highly recommend them.

Great dentists and the hygienists are wonderful as well. Dr Green is awesome. He is friendly and does great work on my teeth. I don't mind going to the dentist anymore, thanks to the staff there!
