First there is a massive list of health insurances that they do NOT participate with : everything from Wellcare, Medicare , CDPHP, Tricare, and United Concordia. If your a state employee or federal employee there is a HUGE chance they're not going to take your insurance. I have visited the office on three different occasions each time telling them due to a hearing issue I cannot have them use the electric cleaner. The dental hygienist Erica after I told her I had hearing issues and could not use the electric cleaner was so incredibly rude- I left right in the beginning of the appointment. After three visits I'm beyond disgusted that none of the employees ever took note that I could not use an electric cleaner. Also after the first appointment the dentist recommended a bite guard to sleep with the insurance receptionist told me my insurance will cover a great deal of the cost- 450 dollars later my insurance didn't cover a dime. This place is the absolute worst between their rude employees and lack of knowledge on insurance coverage.

So glad I was able to get an appointment within 3 days of calling when it was urgent! Dr. Bronner, Diane, Nikki & Kelly were all so nice and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be coming back

I cannot say enough about Springs Dental. They always go above and beyond. I recently had dental work completed. The very next day Dr. Bronner and his assistant Ashley both reached out to me to make sure I was doing well. It's great to know that they care and I'm not just another patient. I highly recommend this dental practice you will not be disappointed.

Where's the 10-star button? The staff was so polite and nice. The intake form (via email/text) made the 1st appointment a breeze. Check-in, barely had a chance to sit down before they called me in. The staff was great in making me feel comfortable. Nikki, my hygienist was an absolute PRO. She was extremely thorough and knowledgeable, pointed some things out to me to stay aware of but also gave the cause/effect of said circumstances. Was great at answering my questions. Super nice, an easy going. Dr. Bronner was great, super knowledgeable, called out some things to keep an eye on. Again, like everyone else very personable and puts you at ease. Absolutely one of the best dental visits I've been to in my entire life. Let's just say "confidence was high" walking out of that place. And my teeth feel rejuvenated after the cleaning; it had been 2 years (cough...pandemic) since I had chompers cleaned; needless to say there was some buildup funk that needed the washing Nikki, Dr Bronner set me up nice!

Wholeheartedly concur with all 5 Star ratings given Springs Dental by others and particularly liked "where is the 10 star button" review. Staff folks are genuine, happy, steady, attentively caring individuals. Becomes apparent Springs Dental's business model is securely rooted in selfless service principles, health, and professionalism, not the bottom line. An easy going group, easy to love. And miss.

Been going to Springs Dental for the past few years following the retirement of my previous dentist. Even though I have to drive an hour to get there, I'm very happy with my decision. All the hygienists are excellent and Dr. Bronner is extremely professional. I look forward to many more years of outstanding care at Springs Dental.

The entire staff, from the moment I walk in make me feel extremely comfortable and at ease. Dr Lis and Dr Bronner have been very informative and reassuring about everything that is happening. Nikki my hygienist has made my cleanings a breeze and the entire staff is top notch. I wouldn't go anywhere else

Amazing service. From the front desk check in, to the cleaning and Dentist evaluation. I couldn't help being impressed by the the positive attitudes and exceptional service. Even with the additional COVID controls in place, the atmosphere at Springs Dental was energetic. Thanks for making my day!

They are awesome. I've had a bunch of stuff done there and it's always easy and professional. I've had teeth whitening, mouth guard molding, cleanings, fillings, etc. I love them! The office staff and dentists are very nice.
