When I was young I remember being excited for my dental checkups. Going to the dentist can be a stressful experience, but I pride myself on providing the best care for my patients, so they can have the same positive experiences I did. Whether its getting someone out of pain or fixing a broken tooth, Dentistry gives me the opportunity to help people while building long lasting relationships.

Diane started her dental hygiene career in Michigan. She moved to Carmel, IN with her husband, Pat, and their two sons. Family and Faith are her passions. During dental hygiene school, she was nominated into Sigma Phi Alpha National Honors Society by her professors for excellence in her field. Diane is a highly trained professional who gets so much joy in helping others. She takes pleasure in getting to know her patients on a more personal level and wants to make sure each patient has the best care for their smile. She welcomes the opportunity to deliver quality, advanced dental care to each individual patient.
Sasha is an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant at Springmill Family Dental. She has been an assistant for twelve years and graduated from International Business College in 2009. She loves continuing education and is also a Certified Dental Assistant with the Dental Assisting National Board. Her main goal is to provide patients with a great experience and quality care while in the office. She loves to see patients smile when they were once not comfortable doing so. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her husband, Lenny, and her daughter, LeiLani. They love to travel, watch their daughter play sports, and eat at different foodie spots. They also love to grill out at home and enjoy each others company.
Growing up, Nia always love going to the dentist, so it only made sense to make it her career! She graduated form Indiana university School of Dentistry in 2015. Outside of the office she loves traveling with her husband and best friend, Landon. She also loves to cook and hang out with their two dogs Dee and Murphy.
Lauren began her dental career by attending Dental Careers Foundation of Indianapolis in 2016. She quickly found her passion in dentistry when she got her first office position on the west side of Indy shortly after graduating. Her favorite part of dentistry is watching a patients confidence grow with their smile, and being a strong support system for patients needing someone to help them along their smile journey. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her 6-year-old daughter Avalon, her husband, and her two kitties Mr. Man and Polly. She also enjoys playing video games and spending time in nature. She looks forward to meeting each and every one of you!
