Professionals. Been coming here for years and the office is always spotless. Cindy, Sonny, Alfonso and the rest of the team have always treated me with respect and kindness, they're real good people. I highly recommend their services. However, I suggested that Dr. Lim change his music and leave the 80's in the past.. How bout something way newer, like the 90's, we'll see...

I used to go to one of those big corporation dental offices but I had a very traumatic experience so I changed over to Dr. Lim. The moment I walked in and met his staff I felt at ease. Dr. Lim was very gentle and had great bedside manner. I am so thankful that my manager referred me to him. 5 stars! Bianca Filak.

I am new to the area and instead of taking my ins info and telling me if they accept it they wanted me to call my insurance and see if meet their criteria. Thanks no thanks. I pay too much too jump thru ins hoops for their team. I will take my biz elsewhere

I have been going here for years. I always recommended this place to everyone. I drove 40 minutes to come here since moving. I was told that I would no longer be able to schedule with them anymore due to too many last minute cancelations. I am never able to reach the office anymore to even give notice. Our work is currently in Open Enrollment(insurance) so I have been needed at work. Instead of contacting me to let me know if I miss this appointment I would no longer be able to be seen at this facility I would have asked my employer if there's an available worker to cover my shift. I have been going to this location for as long as I could remember. 10+ years and love my dentist and look forward to seeing him. This company needs to replace the current management as they sound burnt out and no longer care about their customers. Glad I was able to find a better place.

My expierence was great. I received prompt, professional, sterile, courteous and friendly service..I highly recommend Spring lake dental for emergency and non emergency dental care.

I've had some great dentists in the past, but I've never had a dentist and their entire staff provide an experience as excellent as SpringLake Dental. The office manager, Cindy, and everyone in the front office are quick to provide polite service. My dental assistant and Dr. Lim have always been open to questions, and able to provide comprehensible explanations. When at the dentist, ours and other mouths are exposed, so appointments during the pandemic can be even more disconcerting than usual. SpringLake Dental has made every consideration when it comes to keeping their patients safe and comfortable. I could not be happier with my experience here, and I highly recommend them.

Protocols in place for safety. Very professional staff and especially the hygienist. That is the one you will spend the most time with. All the hygienists are that way. Sonny has a great sense of humor and is very personable and easy. He has your best interest at hand

I was highly satisfied with my visit from beginning to end all staff was friendly, polite and walked me through all the new safety guidelines they have in place to keep us safe during this pandemic. Alfonso did a great job with my cleaning he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The office was spotless. I am so glad Dr. Lim, Cindy and the entire staff takes this seriously and do their best to keep all patients and staff safe. Keep up the great work!

I was treated with respect. I was not judged or made feel guilty of the condition my teeth were in. He listened to me and my health history. I feel like a big weight was taken off. No more migraine or jaw pain. Well a bit but once in a great while. They're professional and explained every step and the cost. Thank you for returning my smile

I had an emergency root canal. Spring lake dental gave me an appointment the same day I called and then set the appointment for a root canal for a later date. I am not very comfortable with the dentist because I have had a few bad experiences in the past but the staff and Dr. Lim were so nice and accommodating that I did not feel anxiety at all. I totally recommend this dental office. Super Awesome.

Dr Lim takes his time and explains everything to you. A very relaxing atmosphere. The assistants are all top notch. The office staff are all very friendly and great to work with. And Dr Lim is excellent with the needle!
