Very clean, organized dental office and friendly staff. The staff listens and suggests steps for great hygiene. I haven't had a great experience with dental offices in the past, but definitely will continue going to this office, and recommend it to others.

The hygienist and doctor were not very personal and barely spoke to me at all! I have never experienced a dental practice like that before. I just felt like they wanted it to be over... as a new patient you would think they would try a little harder. I have also never been in an out for a cleaning in less than 30 mins so I don't feel like I got the best cleaning. I did like how even though the doctor found slight cavities she did not feel the need to have to fill them right away, which I have also experienced. I am new to area and will likely continue to look for another practice.

I was thrilled that someone opened the door for me, welcomed me by my name, and everyone I had contact with was pleasant, polite, and professional Will happily recommend Springfield Smiles to folks I know who are looking for a good dentist! These ladies were compassionate, empathetic, and helped a great deal with my apprehension about dental visits.

Update: Is not the wrong Office. I am 100% sure and I still getting emails to get an appointment with you and hell no... Worst dentist ever. She broke my other tooth and when she took out my tooth and put some bone I was in pain and she didn't care about it she didn't put anesthesia, all the work was horrible, never going there anymore works dentist, the only good thing is the girl at front desk but not the dentist.

We recently moved to this area and were recommended to this office by a family friend. We had a great first visit experience at this office. Dr.Heggade and her assistants were very courteous and caring. They made sure my family was comfortable through out our visit. The office was super clean as well.

I have ridiculously bad teeth. I have been to several dentists in the area and honestly I have walked out of several. I am so satisfied with my experience I had to write a review. It was so quick. The office is clean, modern, everybody was so nice. There was no sense of judgement whatsoever. She got to work right away with a treatment plan, she helped with insurance compatible references and she was very knowledgeable. The x-rays while always uncomfortable, were done with such expertise that I didn't walk away with a mouthful of pain as I usually do after multiple X-rays of the mouth. Very impressed and confident that I will be able to smile again after visiting.

Dr. Soumyata went above and beyond our expectations. She takes her time, is very thorough, and her staff is also fantastic! They went out of their way to help my 91-year-old granny, who requires a little more attention and time. Springfield Smiles Family Dental comes highly recommended from me!!!

I have visited at 3:30 pm today and got a wonderful service. The doctor and helper did a great job on my teeth filling and cleaning.Thank you all keep up a good work. I highly recommend to others

I highly recommend this office. Great service and great staff. Very professional from start to finish. I've been going to this office for the past 3 years every 6 months for a cleaning. I use to get anxious getting any dental procedures done but ever since I've switched to this Dental practice I've never felt more comfortable than I do now. When I get my cleaning and X-rays done It's painless and easy! I'm always pleased. Therefore I absolutely recommend this practice.

Dr.Heggade is so understanding with everything. I needed a filling and I was able to get that all set. The assistants were so helpful.

The dentist has a terrible lack of communication. Treats patients like a number. Has no sense of patient care. Assistants are unorganized and unhelpful. Extremely unprofessional in every way. Will not be returning.

The best dental practice I have known. They are kid friendly making easier for my family to come in at the same day and time. They are always open to rescheduling which works for a working mom of three. Thank you for taking care of our smiles!

My family has been coming to this practice since the last 3 years and have always had a great experience. The assistants and doctor are very caring and always take their time in explaining everything before and after any treatment .My mom has had extensive work done by Dr.Heggade and she has had a great experience as well.
