Disclaimer: I have yet to finish treatment with Doctor Samuel and her team, but I've been under her care for about a year and a half. Overall it's a great clinic with great people. Even during the midst of the pandemic, the overall experience is comfortable and understandable. Unlike other doctors who try to railroad you, Springfield Orthodontics explain and workout a treatment plan with you. And Doctor Samuel seems extremely knowledgeable in her field, as well as the other nurses/doctors. For the amount of orthodontic work being done, I feel that the amount I paid was fair and reasonable; which the added plus that all costs were telegraphed at the beginning of treatment with no surprise fees. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for orthodontic treatment.

Great with my child but refused to submit a claim to my insurance company. I refused to pay full price when i could use my insurance. Very disaapointed that they were an approved provider for my insurance but would not file a claim on my behalf. So disappointed that i paid the fees for all of the diagnostics out of pocket but they wouldn't file the claim.
