But not only that, we looked for people that have a passion for not only making people smile, but making people feel good about themselves. Favorite part of the job I love being able to give people confidence in their smiles! For me, braces not only changed the way I smiled in photos, but my overall confidence. I wanted to be able to help others feel the same.
Our office was designed to make our patients feel comfortable, happy, pampered and most importantly safe. When we set out to create a state-of-the-art orthodontic practice in Delaware County, we knew we wanted to be conveniently located in Springfield. The people are not just super nice and friendly, but they have welcomed Dr. Thomas and his family with open arms.
Our office prides itself on being welcoming, friendly, fun, and at times, silly. First and foremost, we go out of our way to make every patient feel safe coming into our office. Thats why we have instituted special guidelines in order to keep our staff and patients safe and healthy while theyre here.
Their mission is to raise money and awareness of childhood cancer causes, researching new treatments, and encouraging others especially children to get involved and make a difference for kids with cancer.
For almost 100 years, the March of Dimes has helped millions of babies not only survive but be able to grow up. Were proud to help this national organization level the playing field for all moms and babies, no matter their age, socio-economic background or demographics.
Springfield Orthodontics worked in conjunction with The Boys and Girls Club of Chester and a local organization Release the Brakes (founded by a patient of Springfield Orthodontics) to help bring orthodontic care to many children who otherwise would not have been able to receive it.

Nurse was very nice. Staff was friendly. The actual orthodontist was very nice and thorough. They went over braces procedure and gave me an idea of costs to work through. Will be going back for further service

They have back lumbar that's not bulky and heavy. I hoped they fill my Rx for my lumbar/ Thorac need. They said they'll have it soon.. I still got a good lumbar support and next is one that is perfect for my need(s), after all it's important for pain and support filled existence. And not mail-order.

A first for us: you brush your teeth before being seen! Love it. Loved this office from the front desk lady to the dentists Dr. Ian and Susan. They were very friendly, explained the service to my 11 yrs old and me. Office is clean and stylish. Never was I excited to be coming to a dentists office every 6 months.

First I'd like to say I had quite the experience here, I'll say definitely the ladies at the front desk were great and very consistent with me. They accommodated me mostly, even allowing me to finance for myself in order to help pay for treatment. As well as thru out my appt w/ any issues that came up they weren't hesitant to assist me with anything. Dr. Thomas though didn't give off that same vibe unfortunately. My big problem was just that I personally felt like i wasn't given a fair shake at things as opposed to other patients. I do believe most ppl will enjoy their investment with this practice me personally, I felt a lot of judgement was put upon me and that in turn didn't allow them to help me out as I had hoped and with as much effort as should've been committed. Plenty defects that were pointed out by different dentist is something that they didn't bother correcting and that just really bummed me out. I even managed to notice a couple things and even thru discomfort when I asked for them to fix things they left it as is and carried on with how they were doing it. Dr. Thomas even filed my teeth against my liking to further along creating space instead of going thru the natural process and it's something that really upset me. All of this left me feeling disappointed and I just hope tht moving forward, they treat every patient as their own individual. I always thought it was like buying a product, you don't go to a store to buy specifically coke and they say I think I'll just give you diet coke instead, you won't be happy, even if they say it's better for you it's no telling they don't know what effects it would have on you and you just want regular. Nonetheless, Dr Thomas is a smart guy and has a knowledgeable team with him but I've been hurt a lot and they was with an individual who went thru some real life trauma and didn't come thru for me. I hope maybe slightly they can improve just by being thoughtful and not judgemental but see everyone as they're own personal selves. Everyone has different experiences and we should respect that and treat one another as such.

Love everything about this office!! The employees are all so darn nice and Dr. Thomas is absolutely awesome!! My daughter typically has anxiety in dental offices (me too!), but her braces with all these kind folks were a breeze! We moved nearly an hour away last year and continue to make the drive back to Springfield Orthodontics! And, yes, I know it sounds too perfect, but this is a real & true review - wouldn't change a thing!
