I have had two great visits with Dr. Traboulsi at The Springfield Lorton Dental Group. He just completed an extraction of a 7 year old implant, and it went so much better than I expected. He was professional and kind, and turned something I was very anxious about into a very comfortable experience.

Dr. Blasi was amazing in explaining the entire ortho process and what to expect from beginning to end. Dax had an expander and then his braces 15 months which was quoted and now has a beautiful smile! We could not be more happy with the results and the care that Dr. Blasi and his staff provide!

Lorton Springfield Dental (Lorton Office) is a great place for your orthodontic needs. Dr. Blasi did an amazing job aligning our son's teeth. He is very experienced and uses technology that makes the procedure easier. Claudia, his assistant, and Beth in the front office are professional, and helpful in answering questions. The office is clean and the staff is friendly.

Dr. Traboulsi extracted my wisdom teeth. The whole process barely took 15 mins. I didn't feel a thing during and after the procedure. As a dentist myself, I would recommend him blindly to anyone who needs surgery done.

The medical gaslighting that takes place at this facility is completely inappropriate. In addition, billing & treatment plans are attempted to be shortcut on treatment day. From my perspective the office becomes busy, then they cut out important follow up appointments. Please beware of this office, and at the VERY least request to read your notes prior to leaving your appointment. For Context: I recently had a tooth removed and a bone graph. In my pre-consult I had discussed with the doctor the medications I would need and CONFIRMED with him that I would receive the prescriptions prior to the procedure. I called the day before to note I had not received them, I was told nope, no meds needed. I had to argue with countless front desk workers in order to talk with my doctor, as clearly something had gone wrong here. I even asked to schedule a second consult, which I was told was 'not allowed'. As a patient I am not allowed to schedule an appointment with my doctor? UNACCEPTABLE. Once on finally on the phone with the doctor he acted like we did not have the full hour consult conversation we had. The notes taken during this consult were wildly inaccurate. I decided to proceed with treatment as I had been waiting a month+ for this appointment. On treatment day the doctor told me I actually did not need any scans and they would just start. ABSOULTLY NOT. I forced them to take and review the scans. Prior to beginning the treatment the Dr. told me I would need to come back in about 2 weeks for a checkup. He even noted that it may be more like 1.5 or 2.5 weeks as he was taking some time off. Treatment appeared to proceed okay, however I woke up from sedation in a room completely alone. Luckily I was able to gather my strength and get my phone, about to call 911. I could hardly walk, it is a miracle I did not fall and become injured. That night I received a call from the doctor to check in & see if everything was fine. It was. 2 weeks had passed and I had not received a call to schedule my post-op. I called the office and was again gaslight. 'We do not do follow ups' was the response from the front desk. I told them the situation and that the doctor specifically told me he would be OOO but that I needed to come back. After MANY angry phone calls and chatting with the manager I was able to schedule a checkup. I informed the doctor of the gaslighting I was receiving and he really ramped it up. He claimed he never told me I needed a check up, and that the 2 minute phone call I receive that evening was the checkup. To which I said they why would you have specifically told me you were out of office? He had no explanation and proceeded to gaslight me. When I received my bill, I had been billed incorrectly for the scans, they didn't even want to do in the first place, at double the cost. After discussing with the manager I was refunding for this mistake. After this, I have severed my relationship with this office.

I have been coming to Springfield Lorton Dental Group for a few years now. The staff is friendly and always courteous. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Blasi who is overseeing my orthodontic work. Dr. Blasi and his assistant Claudia Gallardo has been awesome throughout my entire orthodontic process. With the help of Dr. Blasi and Claudia, I chose Invisalign and I could not be happier with my results. I highly recommend Springfield Lorton Dental Group with Dr. Blasi and Claudia Gallardo.

Patient beware! Dr. B. has caused me $$$ in dental procedures as a result of having to fix damage that resulted in unnecessary procedures she performed (replacing crowns that were not hurting, thus resulting in route canals, and very expensive implants! If it ain't broke, don't fix it! I strongly believe this practice pushes patients into procedures for the sake of $$$. My brother-in-law had a similar incident with a crown with her, and refuses to return to her practice. I left the practice for another Dentist as well.

Dr. Brendmoen has been great! I have really appreciated her care and demeanor. She was recommended by a friend who has been going to see her for years. The main reason for the 3 star review (originally) and why I was likely not going to continue going to this practice had been the front office staff. While everyone has been friendly over the phone and in person, we have had issues with my insurance. They originally told me my insurance was accepted at their office only to find out at my appointment it is not, and then they failed to send insurance my pre-authorization twice (for the same treatment). Again, everyone has been friendly to talk to, but unfortunately I cannot afford to go to a dental office who mismanages insurance. EDIT: Added a star! The office has reached out to me and called my insurance to try to figure out where the disconnects are. They continue to be very friendly and I appreciate their follow-up to this review.

My family has been going here for 12 years and we have always loved Dr. Brendmoen as a frequent visitor from back in the day at my kids preschool when they were little. Now with the current hours of 7:30-3 and less on Friday and Saturdays we literally cannot get in for appointments without me getting a sub as a teacher or my 3 kids missing school. When I explained the hardship this caused my family to have to leave work and school for every appointment the office worker told me to make an appointment during spring break. When I said we were out of town on vacation during spring break she said that was not her problem. My child had a cavity at her last checkup after 2 years of braces and it is taking months to get in to get it filled. We have also been cancelled on by them twice in the past 3 months with 1/2 hour notice. I am sad to say we are searching for a new dental group.

Excellent, professional and friendly staff. I see Dr. Murray at the Lorton office, she has such a kindness to treat her patients. I am very happy to have found her. Also in terms of hygienists, Christie is amazing. I cannot recommend them enough!

His assistant Claudia we have now known for many years and we appreciate her care, knowledge and comfort she has shown all of us. They offer amazing care in all areas of dentistry. My daughter just completed having an expander which not only drastically improved her teeth (complete cross bite to beautifully lined teeth) but the expander also helped reduce her snoring. Amazing staff and fantastic overall experience!
