I've been going to Family Dentistry for over 13 years. The staff are extremely caring, kind and compassionate. Dr. Linda always takes the time to explain everything that she is doing and offers recommendations for further treatment and care. I would recommend Springfield Family Dentistry to anyone who is looking for dentist. I know that from the minute I walk into their office, to sitting in the dental chair (listening to really nice music!), to when I leave, my well being is the most important thing on their minds. Dr. Zhang and Dr. Mason are caring dentists and know how to put people like me who've been through "dental trauma" at ease during treatment. Dr. Mason has been my primary dentist for the last five years or more. He's helped me with several dental issues, minimizing any discomfort and answered all my questions in a caring manner. I recently recommended Dr. Zhang and Dr. Mason to two friends who were looking for new dentists.

Dr. Zhang provides exceptional, high quality dental care. We've been patients since Dr Zhang opened the practice, and we feel blessed to partner with a Harvard-graduate who is also a kind and wonderful human being. This practice respects their patients' time by not over scheduling. There is usually no wait time! I've needed a variety of dental procedures over the years, and each time the work was performed painlessly and efficiently without complications by Dr Zhang and Dr Mason. These two are THE GENTLEST dentists EVER! I once dozed off while getting a cavity filled We love Dr Zhang, Dr Mason, and their team and highly recommend them!

I called to see if this business was accepting new patients. The lady asked me about my insurance, I gave her what info I had and she said to hold for just a moment. I waited, and then after approximately one minute or less they hung up the phone. I attempted to call back three different times and got sent to their answering machine, that doesn't receive voicemails. Incredible that you can run a business this way when all I wanted to do was see if you were accepting new patients, and hopefully create an appointment. I'm extremely disheartened by this. If you're looking for care I suggest not even attempting here, from my own personal experience.

Springfield Family Denistry makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk into the office. Super helpful friendly support staff. I feel confident my cleaning and exams are thorough each visit. They all just take the time to provide a professional dental service. No crowded waiting rooms or waiting to begin your visit. Especially appreciate these Covid precautions. This is an amazing office with such kind and caring staff. Everyone from the dental assistants, hygienist, and the two dentists themselves are all so kind and truly want what's best for you. I would recommend them to everyone! I've seen both dentists and they are equally wonderful. I'm so glad I found this office.

Staff have always been very friendly and helpful. They make sure you know what they're going to do before doing it and give you options when available. Haven't had anything to complain about since I've started going here.

Very unhappy with this office. I was initially told I had gum disease... a common scam practices run because deep cleanings pull more money into the practice. When I had a temporary crown placed, damage was caused to a seperate filling. when I went for the permanent crown I mentioned the pain and discomfort from "a sharp spot". The dentist proceeded to roughly file several unaffected teeth in a blind attempt to fix the sharp edge. When I stated that he was missing the area that was sharp, he kept filling other teeth until he finally realized it was the damaged filling that resulted in the sharp spot. He stated that the filling would need to be replaced and never buffed the teeth he had roughly filled... further adding to my discomfort I am still in 2 months after the initial crown appointment. I have been very unimpressed with the professionalism, level of care, and dated facility and equipment. Most dental practices can finish a crown the day of these days. The worst dental experience I've had.... and I was in the military for 9 years, so that says a lot!! Giving this place the opportunity to make it right, but I don't have high hopes.

I've been going here for about a year now and love it! Everyone is so nice and caring. I have anxiety and I get nervous a lot but Dr. Linda Zhang is very patient and how she talks you through everything before and while she does it is amazing! She helps calms me just by doing what she does and she doesn't even realize it, which is saying a lot to me. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Wow! What an amazing experience with this dentist. She was conscious of hurting you, which she was pain free. Totally conscious of your comfort. She did a crown and I have never, and I mean ever, had a dentist get a crown right the first time. She did such a good job on my tooth that my tongue thinks it's the same tooth! And this is only the temporary! Amazing job and I would highly recommend Dr. Zhang as a family dentist.
