Dr. Springer has been delivering high quality orthodontic care to his patients since finishing school in 2010. He earned his undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University, and his dental degree from the University of California at San Francisco before earning his masters degree and orthodontic certification from The Ohio State University. He completed a general practice residency (advanced dental training) at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. An esteemed member of the dental community, Dr. Springer's master's thesis was published in the AJO-DO. He is an active member in many leading dental and orthodontic organizations, including the:
Away from the office, Dr. Springer has been involved with coaching soccer, the YMCA board of directors, the Dover Rotary Club, and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Dr. Springer and his family moved to Dover in 2010. In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball and soccer, biking, skiing, reading, and spending time with his wife, Emily, and their three boys.

Each member of our team has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.
It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Our office accepts payments by cash, checks, and many major credit cards (please note, however, that we do not accept medical cards such as Medicaid, etc.) We also offer no-interest financing options through our office to make your treatment more affordable. If you have any questions about financing or payment, ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs.
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.
Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.

I am so happy we trusted Dr. Springer with our daughter's orthodontic needs. It's been awhile, she was one of his first patients but her smile is still beautiful. Thank you for that wonderful smile!

Dr. Springer and staff are all amazing! He is great with my daughter and I trust him with all of her orthodontic needs. She had a couple of issues with her retainer rubbing from time to time, and they are always able to see us in a timely manner. They have been very flexible with appointment scheduling. I couldn't ask for a better team to care for my daughter! Thank you!!

My before and after results speak for themselves. The staff is amazing music is now and I never hear kids crying which is always a plus (: you're never too old for straight teeth !!!

Dr. Springer and his staff are always kind, patient and fun. The office is ran very efficiently and we're always in and out right on time. There was an issue with my insurance and the staff worked hard to resolve it and kept me updated throughout the process. I highly recommend!

My daughter started going to see Dr. Springer when my daughter was 5 or 6. Now she is 9. She started out with spacers from her other dentist when she was 3. And Dr. Springer kept and eye on them then we moved on to braces. My daughter and I were so nervous for the process, but we already knew Dr. Springer and what a nice Dr. He was. She just needed the top braces and It went smoothly. The ladies kept saying she was so cute and tiny and she was! She was one of their youngest patients at the time they said and she was so brave. In the following weeks Sophie took care to follow the cleaning instructions and here we are in 2022. She got them off a year ago and wears a retainer. While the retainer is more of a challenge than anything we are so glad she was referred to Dr. Springer. He is so kind and gentle with the kids! And Dr. Springers office girls are so accommodating and will work with school, sport, and work schedules! They are so sweet with Sophie. I really appreciate it.

Dr.Springer and his staff are very friendly. The office decor is pretty cool and Kerrie is pretty Awesome. We love her, she always makes every visit fun and enjoyable our son says.

Dr Burns had put my children's spacers in and then it switched to Dr Springer. He tried to re charge me for the service I had already paid for!! He wouldn't listen to my side of the story or my receipt! The secretary is the most rudest mouthy person I've ever met in a customer service position. He doesn't care about the child or the family.

My son is currently a patient at this establishment. He is currently wearing a retainer prior to braces. I don't love the atmosphere at the office. The doctor doesn't interact well with the kids nor do his hygienists. I am currently looking for a different orthodontist. I don't feel like spending several thousand dollars at a place I can't stand! It's close to home, that's the only allure. I am willing to drive to Canton to receive better and friendly care!

Amazing service and staff. We are visiting family from out of town for the holidays, and my daughter lost her rubber bands. These guys were more than happy to help us, so she didn't go two weeks without them! Great people! I highly recommend these guys!
