All the staff members are friendly, professional and kind. I've had extensive dental work done, with more to come, and I am absolutely confident I will receive excellent care and advice. There is thorough communication between Dr. Patel and Dr. Springer. (Dr. Springer has done & will do some specialized work for me.) - Moreover, Dr. Patel has been extremely gracious to, considerate of and fair with me when I've been disheartened by the extent of the work I need done.

Our family went here after our insurance was rejected by another dentist. We are glad we made the switch! The entire team is very friendly and they all really know their stuff. They went the extra mile for me when I had a rather tricky cavity.

I highly recommend this place if you have a child who is scared of the Dentist. Not only were they kind, they helped him get over his fears by showing him first what each instrument they used was for. I am very pleased! And very happy that he finally found someone who understands him and I am so happy that he feels comfortable coming here! I will be bringing my whole family here! Highly recommend this place!!!

Held information about certain teeth only to come back in 6 months later and find out they need to be on a "watch" plan. All while looking at x-rays taken 6 months ago, also not honoring the original price in full (only 2/3 of it, the 1/3 has inflation, due to a scheduling error) when I bought there "insurance" plan. The plan also looks like you save money but they try and forces you to buy it but I did the math and you would need to have approximately $2500+ of dental work done for this "plan" to save you any money at all and that's saving mere dollars.

Felt like they weren't being honest with me when they told me I needed a special $1200 cleaning treatment. They also told me they would not give me a regular cleaning until this more expensive cleaning had been done. This came as a shock to me as I've never had a cavity and overall have nice teeth. I wanted to wait to leave a review until I got my next cleaning, with my new dentist. My new Dentist told that me I, in fact - did not need any special $1200 cleaning treatment. Needless to say, I will not be coming back to Springer for any reason.
