I came here for the first time today. And Kari Phillip taught me things I was never taught at my previous dentist. And found gum disease that should have been caught a long time ago. THANK YOU so much for going out of your way to make sure I was taken care of 100% before I was sent home. I will be a forever patient!:)

I mentioned to Kari, my dental hygienist, that I had made an appointment for my kids at a pediatric dentist. After some convincing she told me to bring them here and I'm so glad I did. They book a whole hour for my kids just like an adult appointment and make them feel special every time we are there. My 4 and 5 year old boys had cavities and Dr. Chris did a great job with repairing and the education and time spent with us is like no other dentist office. My kids are never scared of going to the dentist here and in fact look forward to their cleanings. The whole staff is friendly and always smiling. My husband, myself and our 4 kids love Springer Dental at Crossroads. Thank you for making it easy and taking care of my whole family.

I absolutely had the best experience! I have never felt more comfortable at the dentist. I highly recommend to anyone!! Everyone was supper sweet and it was a great experience! Most of my work being done was with Kari phillipp one of the nicest people I have ever met! Highly recommend her!!

My experience at Springer Dental Care at Crossroads was amazing! My last dentist had retired and I had waited much too long to find a new one. I was nervous because of this, it had been a few years since my last visit to any dentist. Kari, my new hygienist, was great! She made me feel so comfortable, and not at all judged for my long time absence for a dental chair! She was so friendly and informative. She explained what she was doing and why while also consistently making sure I was comfortable. Dr. Sicinski was also extremely nice and personable, I definitely felt like I could ask any questions I might have had. Overall it was a terrific experience and I'll be happy to go back in six months! Update: I've been back twice since my original review, and I'm still incredibly pleased with the dental care I've received thus far!

Visiting the dentist here is always a relaxing experience (especially since the people here are a joy to talk to). Kari (my dental hygienist) is always a pleasure to interact with. She cares for your oral health, and will teach you the best methods in brushing and flossing in order to prevent gum disease. Additionally, she takes special care in checking each individual tooth, and is competent in making sure your teeth are clean and healthy. Kari's also considerate - and will check to see if I'm in pain, along with being a great story-teller..I generally chuckle and have a wonderful time listening and being able to converse with her. Plus - she answers my questions in a thoughtful manner, while educating me and expanding beyond the topic while she continues to clean my teeth. I always leave with a smile on my face after visiting here - if you're looking for a new dentist, I'd highly recommend here. Mindy (at the front desk) is pleasant to interact with, polite, and will get your appointments in as best as she can (hard, because the place is always booked - the service here is great - I feel taken care of whenever I come here). Dr. Sicinski is a wonderful doctor - pleasant, easy-going, and always answers my questions with well-thought out answers. Extremely competent as well, and remembers our previous interactions - will follow up and ask about my oral health, and is also a huge proponent in educating me (and I suspect patients in general) about maintaining best oral practices. I feel like the dentist here cares for my health, and again - I would recommend going here if you're looking for a new dentist.

I have grown to LOVE this place! The front office is always polite and easy to work with. Dr. Sicinski is great and very informative! They have a want to serve the communities overall health, starting with the mouth itself. I cannot thank Kari (our hygienist) enough! She keeps us all up on how and what we can do to take care (thoroughly) of ourselves at home. We have a three-year-old who has been almost impossible to get any kind of proper care for medically. He has screamed at most of his mile stone check ups at the pediatrics office and was very leery of going to the dentist. He is healthy and hasn't had to require much. He just doesn't like to be cared for by strangers. Kari was able to get through an entire pediatric cleaning without one tear! He really enjoyed himself! She read books to him and gave him silly dinosaur glasses to wear. She has also cleaned our 13-year-old boy (who needs to take oral hygiene more serious than he does). She cleans him right up and gives him great pointers! She is the only person that has gotten through to him about his oral health. We can't be more thankful for the team at Crossroads! Thank you! I was a client here twice. I walked away feeling mistreated both times. It definetly felt like the hygienists make a commission or bonus on x- rays and flouride treatments. My last cleaning caused me so much pain that I was unable to sleep that night.

Great place to come if you're teeth. Karri was amazing she gave me a thorough cleaning.She even gave me tips on flossing and gum cleaning. My teeth look white and feel smooth. I would most definitely recommend this place. Thanks again Karri. Small office but they did a great job.

Springer Dental at Goshen has earned high praise. My hygienist Ann is the most thorough I have experienced for tooth cleaning and takes great care to help you know how to take care of your dental health. She is such a caring person! Appreciate her and Dr Sicinski. Would recommend!
