If you have an emergency dental need, we urge you to contact our office first rather than going to a hospital emergency room or an urgent care facility. We are much better equipped to address a dental emergency than a medical facility. This is recommended so we don't hinder the ability of our medical facilities by dealing with dental emergencies they are ill equipped to handle.
Dr. Harry Gilbert was born and raised in Cherry Hill and is a graduate of Cherry Hill High School. He is a graduate of Temple University with a BA degree, as well as a Doctorate of Dentistry. He was a Captain in the United States Army Dental Corp.
Dr. Gilbert attends over 75 hours of continuing education each year. He has advanced training in specialties including Periodontics, Endodontics, Oral Surgery, Fixed and Removable Prosthetics. He has restored over 1000 implants. He also has advanced training in Cosmetic Dentistry and Implant Dentistry. He is an Invisalign Certified Preferred Premier Provider, as well as Laser Certified and a Clear Correct Certified Provider.
Dr. Gilbert has received numerous awards, including 2021 S.J. Magazine Best Dentist Award, The Consumers Research Council 'TOP DENTIST IN AMERICA from 2008 to 2021'. He is also known for being one of the Best Dentists in Ocean County, and received the Asbury Park Press Best Dentist award.
FAGD stands for Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry. Earning Fellowship takes dedication to dental continuing education (CE) beyond graduation. Only about 6 precents of general dentist in the U.S. and Canada are AGD Fellows. When you see a dentist with FAGD after their name, you can rest assured that they care about knowing the latest techniques and the best practices in dentistry. AGD Fellows practice these techniques in classroom setting multiple times a year - not every dentist dose this.

I'm so stressed out with my mom's dental abscess. She's in severe pain. I saw their website saying that they took walkins so I called trying to have her seen tomorrow. They said they did not have a "general dentist" and could not see my mom tomorrow. I guess it's not a real dentist office because they do not have a "general dentist."

My parents have been coming to Dr. Gilbert's practice since I was a toddler and probably before then. I just went back to them and got my teeth cleaned. My teeth feel great. They are very friendly and make you feel like family. I'll go all the way to Jersey to get my teeth serviced from now on.

Usually no long wait. Everyone thoughtful, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Gilbert, has been my dentist for over 40 years and is great! He saved my teeth! Need I say more???

I needed an emergency appointment and got one the same day. Staff was very professional and courteous. I had to see a dentist that I didn't know, but he was very good. I would recommend this office.

Hi , I showed up 15 minutes late to my appointment for a teeth cleaning and they still fit me. I believe her name was Ann who cleaned my teeth and she was awesome. Always a great experience. I've been a patient of Springdale Family Dentistry for approximately 25 years. Great staff, flexible scheduling and the latest in technology. I never wait more then ten minutes, staff is friendly and efficient. I reside forty minutes from the office but the drive is worth it. I would highly refer my family and friends to Springdale Family Dentistry.

I have been going to have my teeth cleaned by the most wonderful Barbara Rizzo for about 10 years. She is the best. She is both kind, caring and does a fantastic job. I have been to many different practices over the years but I will always return to springdale family dentist and asked for Barbara.
