I was just to have a cleaning today with Tammy. I went in she measured my gums scraped a very little . Then said I'm goin to polish..normally they would ask what flavor.but not today... and when she polished it never hit on the gum between the teeth it was quick and on the tooth .She said watch these areas n try to floss better...My appointment was over....I left, went out to the car thinking of my very unpleasant visit..She never even flossed my teeth ..which I was to do better at ...And never asked if I wanted the Floiride treatment. or flavor of my polish she did inform me my dentist was gone/ moved and another dentist took his place and my old one would only be there on Friday's ........How sad ..I will talk to everyone at work let them know my experience and ask for a new dentist recommendation Horrible Its a new Place on national so SAD

Dr. MARK is the best!! Honest, straightforward. Big Chiefs fan! I'm been seeing him for 7 years and will not go anywhere else!!! He's done a lot of work on me and had no problems. Love the new office, everyone is friendly and efficient from Back to Front.

I could not have been more specific when I scheduled my appointment for a cleaning. I could not have been more clear with what I wanted. I told them how important it was that I get a cleaning right away because My original dentist office failed to follow through on the appointment which was why I was wanting to switch anyway. I arrived about 6 minutes before 8:00 a.m., which is when my appointment was scheduled and I thought it was weird that they wouldn't even have their door open for me to start filling out paperwork. And so I get in at 8:00am and I finally start the paperwork and they're about 25 minutes late coming to get me. And I heard about how they're not going to have time to do a deep cleaning. But they wouldn't give me a regular cleaning for the sake of getting *something* done to help my oral hygiene They were going on about how severe it was.. They know that it has been almost a year since I've had my last cleaning. And I gave up my therapy appointment for this, only to be told a bunch of numbers and what I needed done and sent an estimate and then home. Jesus Christ. This is actually worse than my original dentist. Will never return.

Update: since Dr. Jones has left, I will no longer come here. Very disorganized and very poor communication with their patients. :( I've been coming here for over 4 years. Dr. Jones and her staff are wonderful! 6/21/19 - Google won't let me submit a separate review, so I'm adding to this one. Dr. Jones and her staff are fantastic. They are over the top friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend Spring View Dental Care.

New dentist. Heavy handed and self absorbed. Bruised lips after a simple visit. Patient needs and desires do not matter to him.

Had a couple of issues with provider and insurance but provider worked out. Was told my insurance discount was taken there and it wasn't.

Friendly and helpful staff beginning to end. I appreciated the efforts taken to explain and ensure comfort throughout the appointment. My husband also uses this dental practice. We see different dentists and we are happy with both of them.

Wow - they used to be good and responsive. Took all of my kids there. Since Dr Heather sold out, they have forgotten how to answer the phone, tried to bill me for services I already paid in full for over a year ago, and cancelled appointments left and right. Moving my family to another dentist. Shame to see how fast a place can go down hill

I had a very good experience the lady working on me made me feel at ease. I had bad past experiences as a young person and she was very understanding. I would recommend this office.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I scheduled an appointment after my insurance changed and needed to find a new dentist. They started to clean my teeth and it was THE WORST experience I had ever had! They instantly made me feel like I didn't take care of my teeth at all, they kept stabbing me in the gums when they were scraping my teeth, leaving me in so much pain. Then they proceeded to tell me that I had 2 cavities to fill after just getting my teeth cleaned 6 months months ago (they questioned me on that too). I left and got a second opinion and I'm so glad I did.

After Dr. Heather Jones' departure, things have been going downhill at this location. Dr. Hoffman came and swiftly left, too. Now there's Dr. Melson. The new front desk staff needs some serious customer service training. Apathetically chewing gum is not the best way to speak with and check in patients. Billing staff seems caught off guard when asked about a charge. No phone etiquette. Very disappointing.
