I'd like to make each of you aware of an upcoming, temporary leave I'll be taking at the end of March/Early April. After years of playing competitive softball and volleyball as a younger man, I now have a hip issue and have surgery scheduled March 30th. My orthopedic doctor suggested I should plan on being out several weeks for recovery, but there is a possibility there could be a longer recovery period. My awesome partner, Dr. Lance Martin will be taking care of any urgent needs during my absence.
One of my hopes is that we can plan together to take care of anything you consider a pressing need prior to my absence. I aim to minimize any frustration over my lack of availability by asking that you engage me soon if there is something you'd prefer not to wait on. I know we have a tendency to put off dental visits. I am willing to make every effort to get pressing needs satisfied before I take my temporary leave.

Horrible experience. If you're anything but white don't expect good service I even had a membership w them and it meant nothing. I haven't got one job done under the membership and they told me never to come back because a 1 missed appointment. so good luck w that. Dr lance martin is the most disrespectful unprofessional DR I've ever crossed paths with I do not recommend they service if your not white. The man literally talks so disrespectful to black ppl it can't be right Its like they didn't like the way I looked or talked from Day 1 that man truly judged me off looks and I paid good money to be a member at that office. To never be seen but 1 time for screening. And now I need the money back to continue my dental journey and they're giving run arounds about the money.

I recently switched dentists and Spring Valley Dental was my choice. They were very welcoming at my appt today and everyone took great care of me. My hygienist was very friendly and gentle in cleaning my teeth. Dr. Martin took great care of me and had a great bedside manner. He was very knowledgeable in the questions I asked. I would definitely recommend this dental office!

Spring Valley Dental renewed my faith in good dentistry- Dr. Martin is like the Garth Brooks of dentists!!! Such a nice and gentle soul and worked with my anxiety so well. Never had pain and always felt at ease. The staff are incredible and caring and funny...going to the dentist never felt so good!!! We Have moved 18 times and have experienced many dentists...this is the BEST!!!!! They treat you like family!!!!!

Just had my first appointment here for an exam / cleaning and was not disappointed. Everyone here from the ladies at the front desk to the dentist and the assistants were all very kind and professional. I greatly appreciated them taking their time and doing things the right way.

Dr Lance Martin and staff are great !! Service is always stellar. He is extremely gentle when administering needles in your mouth. I HATE needles, and I never knew when he was sticking me until I felt the Medicine's tingling sensation. Oh he's goood!!! LOL. Thank you, Dr. Lance!!! My dental hygienist is wonderful!!!

I have been a patient at Spring Valley Dental for years. Dr. Ron Ames is very good at what he does and is easy to talk to. He always has my best interest in mind when discussing my dental care. He did a bone graft for me about six months ago and next week will put the first half of my implant in. Marsha his assistant and the office staff are very professional and personal. I have been a business owner for 30 plus years and know a lot about good customer service. I would recommend his practice to anyone looking for the best of the best.

Have had MAJOR dentist anxiety since I was 10. I've bounced around to at least 4 dentists the past 8 years or avoided going to the dentist entirely unless I was sedated. This is by far the best experience I have ever had. Everyone has been so patient and kind, (dentists, hygienists, and receptionists) Genuinely looking out for the needs of the patient.

Fantastic as always! Pat has been my hygienist for years and is always so caring and engaging. She always asks about my family and remembers details. Hard to believe with as many patients as she must see! Dr Ames is the same way and always kind and compassionate. I never feel rushed or just like another patient. Outstanding practice!!!!
