My 6 year old daughter went totally crazy today over fears of having a cavity filled. She was inconsolable and consumed with fear. The staff was amazingly patient and kind. Augustine especially was so great, treating my daughter as a friend, making her feel safe and protected. The laughing gas didn't hurt either! We left with smiles on our faces and a cavity safely filled.

I have 4 boys ages 6, 7, 10, and 16 therefore a lot of experience with different dental offices and this is the first one I have gone out of my way to do a review for! I immediately felt comfortable here and do not plan on going anywhere else for my children. Super kid friendly! Wonderful personnel from the desk to the hygienists to the doctor. Absolutely pleasant experience. Thank you for your kindness everyone at Spring & Sprout!

No one answers the phone! I use the call back service and no one ever calls back! I've been trying to reach someone to ask about what services are covered in my network and I've probably tried half a dozen times to reach someone but I get absolutely nowhere. I've been trying here and there for a few months and have never been able to get ahold of anybody. Maybe they're understaffed? I don't know but I'm done trying.

As we all know, the world has been a bit wonky lately. More often than not.....it is easy to have bad experience. It is so important to send graditude when someone puts effort into giving customers a great one. My son was seen at Spring and Sprout this afternoon. It was truly an amazing experience. Theresa was outstanding. She was so professionall yet personable at the same time. She put him at ease and was quick to point out his good qualities. She is our new favorite. Thank you for the great experience!

We missed an appt last minute because with young kids, sometimes that happens. You'd think a pediatric place would understand that more! We called to cancel and no one answered, so we left a message. My son woke up sick and apparently I should've just taken him in anyways because they're more worried about the fact that we left them with "not enough time to fill the appt" I'm sorry that I cannot control when my son wakes up sick. They marked us down as a no call no show even though my fiance left a message and it's not our fault no one answered the phone. When trying to reschedule they say we have to wait 8 MONTHS!!! Knowing that it's recommended to have a cleaning every 6 MONTHS they still accept and schedule so many patients that they do not have any available appts for people who had to cancel or even any appts in the recommended time period between cleanings. Everything about this place screams money hungry since the dentist has changed. We used to love this place and never had any issues but waiting 8 months to make up a missed appt is not healthy for my kids. I would've accepted 5-6 months since WE missed our appt but I'm not going to have my child end up with issues from waiting almost a year to be seen because they lack the bare minimum empathy for parents with young children. Also need to add, this dentist holds down your Children (2-3 years old) while they scream and I wasn't able to sit in the chair with her. They also gave me an issue letting me and their dad come back together so that each of our kids had a parent with them since both of my kids get severe anxiety over coming. Both of my kids are diagnosed with sensory issues and anxiety. Not a good place for kids like that I guess. Honestly, thinking about reporting this place to someone who will do more about complaints. Do better.

SWwe absolutely love this office. They treat my son with such kindness and patience and we have never encountered anyone on staff that left me or my son feeling negative in any way. They are so informative and work so hard to encourage the kids and make them feel safe. Theresa was especially wonderful! Thank you so much!

My daughter loves the dentist there, she used to be so uncomfortable going to any dentist and now she looks forward to going to the dentist. They take great care of her and make sure she is comfortable at all times a wonderful staff clean environment and just a great place to be in general, thank you for taking such great care of our family.

The staff is super caring and helpful with having multiple kids coming at the same time! As a working mom with multiple kids it makes it so much easier to have them all seen on the same day! They help with any issues that arise with their teeth. Validate any concerns I may have and help work through the issue or concern while reassuring us parents are doing good! They help teach good oral hygiene with the kids and make sure us parents know some tips and tricks of the trade that we can take home and keep up the good work! The kids get so excited to go and love using the prize machine at the end! X-rays have never been a problem as the staff is super thorough with explaining the process!

Teresa is absolutely phenomenal. She is the absolute kindest soul. She is amazing to both of my children! We love coming to the dentist because of Teresa!
