Best Dentist ever, Everyone in the office was very professional, friendly, and informative. My dental hygienist was very knowledgeable and helped me understand what was going on with my oral health in a way that made sense. She was friendly and it was easy to feel comfortable around her. Dr. Duncan is great, he was thorough and is genuine in his desire to help his patients understand the importance of oral hygiene and health over all. I can not say enough about how great this office is in every single way. Spring Smiles is by far my new favorite dental team! My experience was wonderful. Their space is clean and well kept. During my cleaning, Courtney was kind, gentle, and willing to answer questions. One notable difference was their approach to patient care. All of the team takes time to get to know you they make you feel very comfortable. The team isnt rushing through things to get to the next patient. I cannot recommend them enough!
Brought the kids in for cleanings and was amazed at how well they did. The hygienist was very patient and cautious; she also educated throughout the visit. It didnt feel rushed at all, that was nice. The kids felt better here than our previous office. No unnecessary work needed at this time. We all felt very relaxed from the beginning all the way through to the end of our visit.

We had the BEST experience at Spring Smiles!! Dr. Duncan and his staff are so kind, compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable! My two toddlers and I all had very positive experiences! Dr. Duncan explained everything that he was doing beforehand and in words my children could understand. He spoke TO my kids, not just over them. Which we loved! We left the office with both of them exclaiming how much they loved the dentist! (Which never happened at our previous dentist office.) They walked into Spring Smiles with a little bit of anxiety about dentists and left with no fear whatsoever! Which makes this mamas heart so happy! They even asked when they get to go back!! That alone is enough for our family to be permanent patients of Spring Smiles, but I also had a great check up! Dr. Duncan earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery of UNC CHapel HIll School of Dentistry in 2012. Dr. Duncan is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, Spear Education, IAOMT, CEREC doctors, and the International Congress of Oral Implantologist. Dr. Duncan is excited to bring a holistic approach to dentistry for the surrounding area. In addition to providing comprehensive dentistry to his patients, he focuses much of his time in practice on Airway, Myobrace, SMART Protocol, and Invisalign.
Deedie has over 10 years of experience in dental administration. She has completed numerous amounts of customer service training through Dental Boot Kamp, PDA scheduling and The Scheduling Institute. She is an efficient multitasker and follow through personality. Along with our team Deedie has completed CPR certification, OSHA and HIPPA training.
Kait started out working in marketing for a dental office in 2011. She then went on to ger her RDA license in 2013. Kait is certified with Invisalign, Cerec, Itero, SLeep Apnea, and Myobrace. She has extensive training in Spear Airway as well as 150 hours of Myofunctional therapy. At her previous office in Virginia, she successfully implemented the Myobrace program and saw a rotation of around 100 patients.
Darcey has been working as a Dental Hygienist for 15 years. Prior to that, she worked as an orthodontic assistant for 3 years. She received her associates in Dental Hygiene from Catawba Valley Community College in 2007 and is currently pursuing a Bachelors in Dental Hygiene at Wichita State University. She thoroughly enjoys working in dentistry and it is her desire as an oral health professional to educate and treat patients to help them not only achieve optimal oral health but also contribute to systemic health and Wellness.

Our high-quality lab-made crowns provide unparalleled durability and precision. They look and feel just like a natural tooth for a seamless fit in your smile. Plus, lab-made crowns are typically are more durable than same-day crowns and they may be required in some situations when a same-day crown is not appropriate, such as when your tooth has broken below the gum line.
Crowns are typically used to treat extensively decayed teeth that cant be treated with dental fillings. They are also often used to restore a tooth after it has been treated with root canal therapy or to restore teeth that have been cracked or damaged by dental trauma. Crowns are also more rarely used for cosmetic purposes to cover up a stained or misshapen tooth if an alternative treatment like bonding or veneers cannot be used.
After placement, the area around your dental crown may bit a bit tender or sore, but this should subside quickly. To care for your dental crown, simply treat it like a natural tooth! Continue to brush twice a day, floss once per day, and come see Dr. Duncan for regular checkups and preventive care.
