Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.
An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

Hygienist Ricky Turner was hilarious he song all the African American songs which lef me very impressed..was funny and had an amazing testimony..I NVR had a fun dentist appointment and no cavities

Stay far away from this office. I've been going to Spring Smiles since it opened long before it changed owners. Most recently I had a root canal and crown put in that I had to pay out of pocket. The crown barely lasted a year before it cracked and fell out. Spring Smiles told me to come in for them to look at and then when I showed up they said they didn't have an appointment for me. I rescheduled again and before I came in they told me the fix was not covered and I'd have to pay out of pocket for it yet again. On top of that, I used their in house financing for the crown. I made every payment on time and they sent my account to collections. After calling them, they admitted there was an error on their side and fixed it. Not sure what happened to this dentist office but they no longer stand behind their work. I found a new dentist and they were appalled that Spring Dental didn't offer to fix it for free. Save your money and go find another dentist that actually cares for their patients.

Ever "enjoyed" someone digging into your gums? Me either until my deep cleaning yesterday. Ricky made it less annoying and super quick. The staff is always great and friendly. Going to the dentist doesn't have to suck :)

Today was my first visit to Spring Smiles Dental Group and loved it. Joanna (Johanna) is the epitome of amazing customer service. She explained each step of X-rays and made my anxious self feel calm and relaxed. Dr. Yu was very knowledgeable and really listened to me while we went over my medical history and I appreciate that. She was quick, efficient and didn't make me feel bad about my tooth health but did explain the importance of maintenance. I will definitely continue receiving my maintenance here. Thanks so much!

I called this office to get a root canal and, be warned, they have very non-standard processes around this. The office manager proceeded to tell me that they require I get a crown also the same day. Now, I fully planned to get a crown from my OWN dentist immediately following this but I have several concerns with that statement. As a Healthcare professional who has been in benefits for over 20 years, it's nothing more than a money grab from this dentist to force patients to get a service from them at any given time. Furthermore, them doing so is extremely unethical. It's unethical that they would rather deny needed and emergent dental work in favor of providing false information to patient's to obtain additional money. I only wanted to see the endodontist for a root canal. That's it. I already have a workup and costs for a crown at my primary dentist. And then he said well the reason we do that is because we know you'll never get it otherwise. Naw, you don't know me at all and it's not ethical nor in a patients' best interest to deny urgent medical services according the dental offices' own personal preference, of which they have NO authority over the patients decision-making with regard to when and where a crown is obtained. They are two separate services. Then he began to tell me that I'd have to go to my dentist to get the tooth opened. That doesn't even make sense and if your endodontist doesn't know how to prepare a tooth before a root canal, then that speaks volumes already. Then he told me they could do it at their dentist office which I'm sure came with an additional charge. I'll be reporting them to my dental carrier's network management team for education.

My family has been coming to Spring Smiles for the last 5 years. They are super sweet to my daughter who "doesn't love the dentist but understands the importance of dental health". They've caught things that her pediatrician missed. Fixed up my husband who hadn't been to a dentist in years. Brian at the front desk is supper friendly and always helpful. We will continue to choose spring smiles over other dental facilities.

The team at Spring Smiles is the best! They are always kind and personable. I've been going here for over 5 years and am very happy with the quality of services and the latest technology they utilize. Ie had a root canal and gum grafting, both went very well! Highly recommend!

Everyone is nervous when you see the dentist but today was different. First the sweetest most professional young man Bryan greets you and wait time is minimal (I didn't even get to start my movie). Then there is Summer who does your xrays, kind sweet and pretty funny. Dr Hauser really listened to my concerns and came up with an awesome plan I feel like when it's all done. I will be extremely happy . Over great dental experience and Ms Adele the hygienist pain free and good . I think this should be your new dentist office, you can thank me later Arlena

Dr. Krenz and his entire staff are AWESOME! Today, I had a crown placed. Dr. Krenz explained everything in detail - no surprises. He said that if I should feel pain to raise my hand. Well, I heard the drilling and kept waiting for the pain. Whew! No pain, but gained a beautiful same-day crown! Thank you all for your excellent Customer Service!

From the moment I walked in the door, I knew I was in good hands. As someone who had a family member in the business, my expectations were pretty high. Dr. Krenz and his team made my first visit easy and comfortable, and the office itself was very clean. During my visit, Dr. Krenz found some cavities. I was devastated and nervous, but grateful that he was able to take care of them right on the spot. Bryan was very friendly, helped explain my benefits before the procedure. Dr. Krenz comforted me and talked me through each step so I would know what to expect. He was careful, gentle and took his time to make sure my bite was just right. I'm glad to have found a new dentist here in the Houston area who is thorough, practical, caring and gentle. Thank you Dr. Krenz and Spring Smilies for making my first visit a great one!
