A graduate of the University of Texas Dental Branch Houston, DDS, Dr. McElravy also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Houston and is nitrous oxide certified. Her main priority for her practice focuses on being a dentist who treats every patient with compassion. Patients love Dr. McElravys ability to empathize with dental fear and anxiety. She recognizes that most patients experience this stress to some degree and she does her best to guide her patients through and beyond emotional discomfort, so they feel at ease and positive about dental care. Dr. McElravy feels blessed to know and serve her patients an experience she considers an opportunity to meet and learn about the lives of people she may have never otherwise met.
Away from work, Dr. McElravy is an active participant in charity work and her community. In addition to taking mission trips to Thailand and Paraguay, she sings for the praise team at her church. She is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Texas Dental Association (TDA), and the Greater Houston Dental Society (GHDS). When she has time to herself, Dr. McElravy enjoys spending time with her husband, Rafael, their daughter, Sophia, and their Boston terrier, named Heddy. Her favorite quote follows:
Erica is a Registered Dental Assistant who attended Stephen F Austin State University and the Houston Dental Assistant School in 2007. She joined our team in 2015. Patients appreciate her experience and communication skills. They also appreciate that Erica is a local, graduating from Klein Collins High School.
Outside of the office she lovesspending time with her husband, Brian, their daughter, Briahna, and two cats, Boots and Mr. Kitty. She also enjoys reading, going to concerts, visiting wineries, playing cards and darts, being in the pool, bike riding, and swimming with her family. Favorite Quote:

Fantastic doctor. Had to have my wisdom tooth removed recently. Dr.G made it as easy and comfortable as it can be. Our kids love to go to their dental appointments without any fuss. Highly recommended.

Had a great visit! Erica is flexible and very understanding regarding visit times! Lauren is the best dental assistant and Dr. Mac was great at explaining the test results and treatments moving forward. Richard was patient and thorough with my dental cleaning. Overall a great experience!

I have been coming to Spring Pearl dental for years now and they are great! I would 6 stars if I could! Check in with reception is always super quick with Erica. Dr.Mac and all the staff are very friendly and they have all the top notch dental tech and materials! I know that I am in good hands when I come.

I had a great experience here, from Erica who works the front desk to Dr. McElravy. They have state of the art equipment, make you feel comfortable, explain everything and don't try to upsell you on procedures or appliances you don't need. They also have a program if you don't have dental insurance. They really care.

Dr. Mac is great, I moved back to TX after being gone 15 years, my previous dentist had told me I needed to find a dentist in TX ASAP for a broken filling and two cavities. Dr. Mac replaced the broken filling within two days of me making an appointment and coming in for a consult. She further explained that I didn't have cavities in the other two teeth... She also took the time to explain why she wouldn't recommend a gum graft for recessions until we figured out what was causing them because they would just come back. I went again today for a cleaning and the hygienist, Richard, was WAY better than my previous hygienist in San Diego. My gums and teeth used to hurt in SD and they said it was from not flossing enough, but I floss every day. Richard didn't use any harsh tools to scrape my teeth and he was so gentle. I can tell that my teeth are clean without any of the pain and suffering I went through for 15 years. I will never dread going here. Top notch and I get appointments scheduled within a day or two of me calling to request!

Dr. Mac replaced my two front top teeth with veneers and they look awesome! I never leave disappointed with this Dentist! Friendly, professional group of people, which I'm very happy for them to work on my teeth!

If I could rate it 6 starts I would. Most exceptional service I've ever experienced from a dentist. Professional yet relaxed. Incredibly knowledgeable. High tech but not pretentious. Sincere and sensitive to you as a human not just a patient.

5 stars are not enough for this place. Great vibes and extremely friendly staff. Didn't have to wait to be taken back and they showed their concern the entire visit. My visit today, from start to finish, was a comfortable and undoubtedly pleasant experience. Will always recommend.
