Professional and friendly receptionist, nurses, and Doctor. Receptionist made sure we had everything, Nurse went back and went through process for the procedure, took BP. Doctor and assistant excellent. I would recommend Spring Park to anyone.

Just recently had 2 wisdom teeth removed and had spectacular service. I was very anxious going in and actually a little tearful due to the fear but Dr Lee and his team reassured me that this would be quick easy and pain free which it most definitely was. Staff was very comforting during this procedure to help keep me at ease. I was done and on my way home before even realizing what happened. I have 0/10 pain with no swelling or bruising. I couldn't be happier! Thanks again to everyone and I definitely recommend Spring Park and Dr Lee and team!

I have used Spring Park in the past. Personnel at the front desk are helpful and enjoyable to interact with. My appointments are prompt. Staff with me during procedure are friendly and answer all questions. Discharge instructions are thorough. Physicians have "good bedside" rapport. I have had no pain or problems following all my procedures.

Dr. Lee and his staff treated me with compassion. Having a wisdom tooth removed and 2 implants to replace molars that have been gone many years, I was understandably anxious. They all went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. I had very little pain or discomfort the day of surgery or the next day. I highly recommend them.

I have pretty bad anxiety about needles and dentists. I'd had a really awful experience getting a wisdom tooth pulled at a different place. So glad I went here for the remaining three! Everyone was compassionate and gentle with me. I was awake for the surgery and experienced no pain and barely felt the anesthetic injections. The whole procedure was over after two songs on my playlist. I highly recommended this office for anyone, especially for big babies like me.

Such prompt services! Everyone is so nice! Coming from a nurse, in todays challenging health care system, quality care is hard to find. We found it here at Spring Park Oral Surgery!! Highly recommend!

My appointment was for 11:30am After 45 minutes an assistant brought me into room where they were to perform an extraction and install implant. They finally came to my room after a total of 2 hours and 45 minutes to prep and started work on me 3 hours after my scheduled appointment. Very poor treatment of patients - As a follow-up - Dr. Lee has done oral surgery for me for the last decade. He is an excellent oral surgeon and I am very happy with his work. The wait time is a 1 star however Dr. Lee's abilities and performance as an oral surgeon are 10 star - which I was not allowed to enter.

The staff was all SUPER friendly, respectful and responsible. They talked me through my procedure and made sure I was as comfortable and prepared as possible. They checked up on me multiple times after my procedure to make sure I was healing well and wasn't having any abnormal pain or discomfort. If I had to do it all again I would definitely chose to come here time and time again. Highly recommend!!!

This review is based on the business side of Spring Park OMS. If I could give a negative review, I would. They no longer accept any insurance "because insurance doesn't pay them enough". My twins needed their wisdom teeth extracted. At the time, SPOMS was in network-we had previously been patients and our insurance was accepted. When the twins needed the wisdom teeth extraction, per the protocol, SPOMS submitted the procedures to our insurance company and received the accepted estimate back. Appointments were scheduled for roughly a month later. In the meantime, SPOMS LEFT THE NETWORK. We were not notified of this when we showed up for our appointments and the surgeries proceeded as planned. 6 months later, we received a huge bill for one twin. A year later, we receive a bill for the other, $2700! Tried to work through it with SPOMS and insurance, but our insurance wasn't budging since the provider was out of network (not unexpected). What was unexpected is the fact that SPOMS will not honor the patient price in spite of not telling us they had left the network. It is shoddy business to leave patients in the lurch like this, when we had no idea they had left the network. I liked Dr. Lee very much, but there are other Oral Surgeons in the area, and they will certainly have our business going forward.
