Dr. Rohini Mathrani is a Wheaton native who has spent most of her life in the Chicago area. She received dual degrees in economics and psychology from Northwestern University and completed her dental training at the University of Illinois at Chicago. While studying dentistry at UIC, she herself received Invisalign treatment from UIC orthodontic residents, which sparked her interest in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics. Dr. Mathrani was one of only nine residents to receive a dual Specialty Certificate in Orthodontics and Master of Science degree from the highly selective Orthodontics Advanced Specialty Training Program at UIC. After completing her orthodontic training and working at a prestigious dental practice on Park Avenue in Manhattan, Dr. Mathrani permanently relocated back to Illinois to serve her local community.
Across her professional experiences as an orthodontist, Dr. Mathrani has treated hundreds of patients with metal and ceramic braces, lingual braces, and Invisalign. Within her first few years as a provider, she earned the status of Invisalign Premier Provider. For Dr. Mathrani, orthodontics is more than just straightening teeth. Its about the journey that the patient and doctor take together. Patients get the best results when they are educated, informed, and motivated to be part of the journey. Dr. Mathrani strongly believes in the importance of high quality customer service and excellent communication while working with patients to achieve their best smile. She truly loves her job because she can make an appreciable difference in patients lives.
Dr. Mathrani considers herself a lifelong student and keeps up with the latest developments in her field so that she can incorporate these advances into her patients treatments. She attends seminars, belongs to orthodontic study groups, and is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Association of Orthodontists and the American Dental Association.
Outside of the office, Dr. Mathrani enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, as well as her extended family and friends. Dr. Mathrani enjoys working out, traveling, and exploring the Chicagoland area with her family.

Dr. Ro has not only been patient and phenomenal with my daughter's orthodontic needs but she also takes the time to explain everything to the parents! I decided to use her too for my Invisalign needs! It's been a very positive experience!

I highly recommend this ortho office!! I went to 3 orthodontist to find the right fit office for my child and this definitely was the right choice! Dr. Mathrani has been so wonderful to us, staff is great and wonderful! As a mom who works in a dental field, this place is clean , kid friendly and I have nothing but great things to say about this place.

As a 30 yr old mom of 3 kids. I have been able to come in at my convenience and have had to make emergent visits from little incidents of my doing but they are extremely thorough and very on top of it. I look forward to what i call tray day! Every week its the progress i look forward to! Doctor is so sweet and very caring of her patients. Even sends texts after hours if theres an emergency! Such a great experience! If my kids need anything i know where they are going.

I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Ro and Spring Orthodontics! I have dental anxiety, and Dr Ro and her team were so calming and reassuring throughout the whole orthodontic process. My teeth have never looked better, and I would recommend anyone who needs orthodontic treatment- children, teenagers, or adults- to go to Dr. Ro!

After visiting 6 or 7 different orthodontists we chose Spring Orthodontics for our son's care. Dr. Rohini is very knowledgeable, but most importantly not pushy to just slap on braces on everyone! She took few days to review my son's teeth problem and called me back with two different treatment plans. We discussed both in detail and I chose the best one after discussing it with my dentist of 25 plus years. I am extremely happy with the process so far. Dr. Rohini has been wonderful to work with and her staff is very pleasant, informative and just so nice! We drive all the way from Indiana to see Dr. Rohini and I would do it all over again! She's the nicest, sweetest and most knowledgeable orthodontist I've met to date!!! Very informative and explains everything in great detail. Additionally, she is very competitively priced! We love Dr. Rohini and Spring Orthodontics and recommend her to everyone we know!!!!
