Dr. Kovalak and her staff is extremely intelligent and passionate about their work. They always provide the best options for the patient and have gone above and beyond many times for me with the only incentive being that they are good people. Everyone at this office is personable, professional, and fun!

The entire staff is so friendly! We were in and out on time. It was my 3 year old's first time at the dentist and they were so kind and patient! They made it a wonderful experience for her and she can't wait to go to the dentist again!

The minute I walked in the door I was greeted by friendly staff. I didn't have a long wait and had an efficient thorough cleaning. I liked that they asked my permission before using the ultrasonic scaler. Nice to meet Dr Kovalak. I'll be back in 6 months.

Very pleased with the results of my smile. What an improvement! The caps on my front teeth look very natural. The staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Signature smile comes highly recommended in my book!

Dr Caitlin Kovalak is amazing! So happy we switched over to her. My kids are so much happier at this office! My son said even commented about how comfortable he was with her. I appreciate her making there experience so much better.

I am not very fond of going to the dentist! Rhonda put me at ease and was very attentive to making sure I was doing ok during my visit. Brad Masse was awesome as well!!

I've been a patient since 2013 when I moved to Spring Lake. I'm now Dr. Masse's longest commuting patient since I moved to Florida full time five years ago. The office is very accommodating to make sure I get my appointments in the time frame of my trips to Michigan. I call and give them approximate dates of my trip and they fix me up. They get my teeth cleaned, xrays taken, and whatever work I need started in one appointment, then usually any follow-up needed is done within 7 days ... Whoopie ... all done ! Dr. Masse is a VERY gentle dentist and gives almost pain free shots (my biggest fear!). He works with you to do the necessary work and doesn't press for the unnecessary work a couple Florida dentists I tried did. After listening to them, I called Doc Masse and told him all - and made arrangements to fly North!! I highly recommend Signature Smiles! Beverly Holmes

I have lived throughout the US and had a wide variety of dentists--both military and civilian--who have ranged from competent to downright unethical. I found Dr. Masse after our most recent move to West Michigan. Dr. Masse's skill level far exceeds that of the dozen or so other dentists I've had in the past. In fact, I would describe him more as an artist who works in the medium of dentistry. Bonding porcelain to a chipped tooth is one thing. It's an altogether different matter to expertly match color, increase the tooth thickness and sculpt the surrounding teeth (to prevent future chipping), then reform & polish the tooth to its original shape and sheen. This is exactly what Dr. Masse did for me on my first visit, which was supposed to be for just a cleaning. To top things off, he is very friendly, witty, and has a pleasant manner with patients. I highly recommend Dr. Masse to anyone seeking a new dental provider.
