At Spring Lake Oral Surgery, we strive to improve lives one smile at a time. Whether youre missing teeth, experiencing tooth or jaw pain, or dealing with another dental health concern, our experienced team of oral surgeons is ready to help you find a personalized solution that gives you back a healthy smile.

We believe in a judgment-free environment where youll never have to feel embarrassed about your dental needs. We also make use of the modern technology, including digital and 3D X-rays, to give you the most efficient and effective care possible. When youre here, your health is in good hands.

My goal as a provider is to provide compassionate care to all. I realize that it can be scary coming through the doors to see an oral surgeon and I want my patients to know that I will be there for them not only before and during the surgery, but afterward also. The patient always comes first in my practice.

Dr. J. Patrick Arnold was born and raised in western North Carolina. Eisenhower Army Medical Center) Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Residency. If I could give 0 stars I would because of the service I got. I was there for full mouth extraction and 2 implants and bone shaving. My first time going I was quoted for 7999 dollars. I told them I wanted the bottom line price since I was on disability and a very tight budget. I worked closely with Magan the girl that deals with insurance. "She was amazing honestly". But everyone else is there just for the $and cares nothing about the patients well being. So I went and got a 8k load cause my insurance was going to pay 2500 on it and I paid upfront.Well every visit I went to them getting prepped for my surgery and my healing dentures they said they needed another 1300 dollars or I could get my surgery. This is after paying them over 10 grand when they said it would be 8. So I finally gave in and paid another 1300 so I could get my surgery. Well when the schedule me for my surgery some dragon lady comes in and says we need another 1300 before we can schedule it. At that point I completely broke down in front of her and started crying cause I had no more $ to give them. She kept saying I understand your frustration but these are only estimates. Never been so embarrassed in my life a grown man having to walk out of a dentist office crying because I been waiting and saving for 15 years to do this. Well they call me and tell me I can make payments on the 1300 remaining balance.which their not supposed to do" . Then I get a call from magen saying that dragon lady made a mistake and I didn't have to pay anything else after the 1300 I paid . Well I got my surgery done this Friday . Soon as I come too from the anesthesia they were throwing me in a wheelchair and Wheeling me outside. Never told me anything about a follow-up or how to take care of my stuff. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Great experience with my oral surgery. From the consultation to the actual procedure. The surgeon was very professional and detailed in explaining what was going to happen as well as the staff. Unfortunately, I am horrible with names but the staff is amazing nonetheless. I was sedated so all I remember was showing up, having the staff and surgeon tell me a few things then boom, I wake up to being escorted out with my chipmunk cheeks and my teeth removed. Highly recommend this place lol

First time coming to this office, the staff was friendly, the environment was calming and the doctor was helpful. After going over my consultation and setting an appointment, I was nervous. Friday, the day of the procedure, the staff was super friendly, calming, and the surgeon, Dr. Arnold, was answering all my questions and told me "It's going to be okay", since I was very nervous. Spring Lake Oral Surgery is awesome and I'll totally recommend everyone to come to this facility ! Thank you Dr. Arnold, his assistants and the staff. :)

Had a very great experience with oral surgery here. The entire team was very helpful and very nice. I was very nervous up until the day before because my tooth was hurting so bad I was just ready to get it over with. Before this I had never been sedated and put to sleep but the the DA and the nurse made me feel very relaxed about it. After a few minutes the doctor came in talked to me for a few minutes while setting up and next thing I knew I was being helped into the car lol. I have no knowledge of the procedure, falling asleep or anything so yea my experience was superb. I highly recommend this place and for dental work they will not fail you. I'm currently recovering and been doing everything they insisted I do and it's going well this far. SN:: I've never ate so much mashed potatoes and ice cream in my life so if you get your WT removed be prepared for that lol.

Dr Mullen and Rosa are the best team. I drive 45 minutes to go to this office because they are the best. I've never felt pain during visit and they are extremely conscious about the patient experience. Definitely recommend this office and Dr. Mullen

Dr. Arnold is awesome. I had my two impacted wisdom teeth taken out by him and his office didn't charge for a consultation compared to other places. He made me feel at ease and even was quick to get back to me when I was worried about the extracted area. Didn't even charge to come back and be seen again. Thank you again!

Spring Lake Oral Surgery is hands-down the best place to go for your oral surgery needs! We received the consult less than two weeks ago for the procedure. Upon calling within minutes of receiving the consult, we were scheduled for a consult and surgery appointment!!! The staff were so professional, understanding, friendly, caring very attentive and responsive to our needs! I am very thankful to Dr. Hanlon, Janice, Aleisha and Jordan for providing such wonderful and amazing customer and patient service! The facility was very clean, well-lit overall office and individual dental rooms with regular doors (not barn doors). The bathroom was handicap accessible and right through the door from the handicap parking and ramp, for easy accessibility. The temperature was adequate for the location and procedure. To summarize, I would highly recommend Spring Lake Oral Surgery and their entire Team / Staff to everyone that inquires about dental procedures / surgeries...ensuring that they receive the referrals first from our city's favorite dental offices, Carolina's Dentists :-)
