Dr.Vitalli and I believe Delores (couldn't see her name clearly) were great very professional and nice . Did a filling for me painless and quick. All the personal there are very nice and professional, from the check in to checking out. I would recommend them for any dental needs.

After checking out u have to go be seated then wait20 min why have insurance that take care of dental work then they asking for deposit won't be back

I have been going here since I was 13 or so and they have always provided me with the best service! Even now as I transitioned onto my own insurance, their staff (shout out to Brittany) has been working with me to sort everything out and exercise great patience on my behalf. I actually look forward to going to the dentist because everyone is kind as soon as I walk in and I get along great with Shannon while she does my cleaning. Everyone performs well in their jobs every time I stop by, even the new faces I see training here do so well because of the knowledgeable staff. The services from what I can tell are reasonably priced and very thorough.

The staff was excellent and helpful, the facility was clean and comfortable. The dentistry team was professional and did a great job, I will definitely be going back for all my future dental work. If your looking for a great all around team then this is the place to go.

I am so happy I found this dentist. I needed 4 roots extracted and a bridge to replace the teeth. Dr. Mischo and Sabrina gave me back my smile. The procedure was painless quick and more affordable than I expected. The people here really care about their patients and work hard to make sure you are comfortable and satisfied. Awesome people!

I did not have the best experience here. I chose this dental facility via recommendation by someone who he and his family have been patients here for years. He said he loves one of the hygienist and the dentist. This next information is relevant: The commute to the dentist is about and hour and a half which includes driving from work (50 minutes) to grab my kids and then to the dentist (30 minutes) plus the time it takes to check the kids out of school... I also work where I am not allowed to have cell phones or any smart devices in my building at all. The reception is also terrible. I work where I am constantly up and away from my desk helping customers. I was able to schedule the initial appointments for three of my young kids. First, the facility was clean and two of the receptionists I dealt with were pleasant. When each child was called in the back, I wasn't offered to go back there with them. I asked and the lady said the rooms are really small. I didn't like that part. But the big conflict I had was for the appointments for two of my kids to get cavities worked on. I was at work when I realized the time. I was not late yet and hadn't missed the appointment yet but I knew I wasn't going to make it to at least the first appointment. I tried to call and no answer. I tried to call again, and no answer but I left a message. Finally someone left me a voicemail to reschedule the appointment. When I called back I was told I would be paying $44 per kid for missing the appointment. I tried to explain it was my mistake and that I didn't have my cellphone and got caught up with work, the receptionist responded with "I can't have cellphone either" and I was met with an argumentative tone. I admitted I was wrong but wanted to see if I could get the fee waved. I was told they would leave a message with Angela and she would give me a call back. I never received the call. I called the following two days to see if I could speak to her and again, never received the call. I ended up with the bill sent to my house. Two weeks later my coworker had an appointment with Spring lake dental. He spoke to Angela face to face and he was told she would call me. She never called. Again for another appointment, the next day to his face she said she would call me. She never called. Finally I accepted defeat. So I called to pay the bill no answer. Called again. No answer. I left a voicemail to call a certain phone number during office/after hours. Finally was able to speak to someone and then was offered a bargain on the fees. By then it was too late. I understand even if someone has a policy and they did not want to wave the fee. But the way I was talked to by one of the receptionists. I am a non confrontational person. the other receptionists were pleasant though. Then the way I was lied to and constantly being told I would get to speak to Angela is what was really disappointing. I should have stuck to the dentist that I had in the past for the kids instead of venturing to this facility. 3 customers and over $7k worth of work were lost because of this poor customer service.

Been going here for years and they are the legitimate worst dentist I have ever been to. Their front desk staff are horrible, the dentists are always late, and the orthodontist is a con artist. If you ever have a problem do not expect to get it fixed professionally or politely. Save yourself, save your family, and save a friend by not going here!

I am so happy with my hygiene nurse Angela Blake, she saw a small cavity under my gum in the front tooth. Wow that is good, most people in that job would not have noticed that, what a great employee. Angela Blake is the best,!!!!

I have been seen here before and I haven't had trouble but today was different. I was called yesterday to come in for an appointment today(4/28/21) at 12:30 for my 3 year old. I was told that I couldn't bring my 10month along with me which I understand. I scheduled the appointment and got a babysitter. I drove 40minutes and I was 15mins early. I was then told that I "didn't confirm" so they booked the appointment already. I absolutely confirmed this appointment. My exact words were "put me on the schedule and I will call to cancel if I can't get a sitter" I tried to see if they could squeeze me in because it was such a hassle for me to get there. Getting a sitter last minute and preparing a 3year old for the dentist is not easy btw. They didn't even attempt to help me at all. They just wanted to schedule me for a different day. I will be switching to a different office. It's too far for me to drive and not be seen.

I love this dentist office but will have to find another one. I had to cancel two cleanings today because they won't let me bring my 7 week old. I even offered to pay for a dental cleaning for her non existent teeth to be able to bring her in. If she has Covid, then I have Covid and vice versa. She would have sat in her car seat with the car seat cover on her for 20 mins but whatever.
