Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.

An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

I went in for a yearly cleaning , and inspection with my covered 1 cavity fill. They refused to fill that one cavity , explanation was I had multiple, well I have one more than I should now.

I love it here. The doctors and staff were so patient with me during my procedure. They gave me all the information I needed and helped me to understand everything . They answered all my questions and truly showed that they care for their patients. Thank you for the great experience! Special thanks to Amber, Dre, and Dr.Mai for taking such good care of me. We shared plenty of laughs as well

Chose this spot as a new dentist office, as it's closer to home, very fair on prices, and the staff and Dr Mai were absolutely amazing!!! They were very kind, respectful, and most of all PROFESSIONAL!!! So glad my wife told me about this place! Definitely my New Spot for modern dentistry at affordable prices.

This was my first visit to the dentist office. We moved to Spring a year ago and came recommended. The front staff was very polite and my wait time every brief. The X-ray tech was very efficient and took her time. I then went to an exam room for my procedure. Jay was the young man that started the nitrous gas and assisted my dentist during the entire procedure. I will preface the next statement by saying I told them I am petrified of needles and dentist. Jay and Dr. Erice were very sensitive to my fears. I was most impressed. I thank them all for the kindness they showed towards me. Thank you all again.

This place has really gone down. Have you ever had the dentist call to cancel on YOU?! That never happened to me, my husband, or 3 kids (nor anyone else I knew) until we came here. And it happened twice! That's not counting the multiple re-schedules. The front desk used to be awesome. Now, they're not knowledgeable and change often. The turnover continues with the hygienists, who are not gentle and don't listen well. The dentists are ok, not outstanding. I've been going here for years, since they opened, and the decline has been unmistakable. We are, for the 3rd time since we started here, looking for another dentist. This time, we are leaving as we no longer need the convenience of the "attached" kid dentist. Very sad, since they are a very convenient location, are accepted by our insurance, and usually only do cleanings and very minimal dental care for us.

Very polite people ( that's why I'm giving it two stars, otherwise I would give them zero) but, super business driven and constantly trying to sell you something!! Couple months ago, I went for cleaning and somehow (with dental insurance) ended up paying $100 for a regular cleaning!!! They had a poster on the front door ($50 cleaning) but only for new costumers!!! On top of everything, the dental hygienist insisted to sell me a brush that apparently she was giving me on a great deal, but when I checked that same brush on costco was cheaper that what she was selling it!!! Year ago, they refused to clean my teeth because they said that some procedure with some laser/heat has to be done before cleaning!!!! Ended up paying $1000 on that to!!! Overall be prepared to pay there even if you have insurance! I don't think I will ever return to this place!

I'm not sure how this place has such great reviews. I've been to a fabulous dentist (for 5 years since moving to Houston) but the galleria area is no longer a feasible area for me to drive to. I gave Spring Klein Dentistry a try yesterday. The dentist I went to yesterday was incompetent. From the very beginning, the lady taking my x rays was cold in her demeanor. Not friendly and rude to my husband. She told him, you can go wait with the kids in the waiting room. And then, their stupid vest that they put on me during x rays, came off cuz the Velcro was old. Also the little room where they did the x rays was right next to the bathroom so that was annoying. There was also boxes stacked up in the hallway. Then once I sat in the chair the dentist came in and she was also cold in her demeanor but then seems to lack knowledge, confidence, and experience. After an hour and half of insisting that I have something wrong cuz there is pain she suggested wearing a mouth guard. I didn't get my teeth cleaned either, because it was 4:30 at this time (my appointment was at 3:00). Also, while I was in the chair another dentist came in and asked my dentist to come drill the hole on another patient. It seems they may use old equipment because the heart monitor on my wrist kept coming off too because the Velcro was old, the rooms are dingy and the walls are scraped up. (Isn't this area new)? The dentist was nice but I wouldn't want her doing any work on my teeth, she didn't seem knowledgeable or experienced. I'm definitely going to be going to another dentist. They took my x rays at this place which my insurance covers, when I go to another dentist, I wonder how or if my insurance will cover the x rays done at a new place. It was a complete waste of time and money, more aggravating is I didn't even get my teeth cleaned, they also seemed to lack a work flow. There were long periods of time I'd sit in the chair with no one in the room or working on my teeth/cleaning.

It's my husband's first time coming to this dental office. He is a new patient and I made the appointment for him about 2 weeks ago. He was earlier than his appointment time because he did not do his paperwork online for new patients. I did not expect him coming home so soon. I asked what happened?...He said he waited 10 minutes for front desk person to show up. There was another guy waiting. Two staff came out and one of them said to the other guy about wearing face masks. He said I was here 3 months ago and did not need to wear face masks. One lady said, it's the law to wear face masks, and she said other things that made my husband leave their office. He told me that it is not about requiring face masks inside their office that made him leave, it's the way it was said, "she was rude". He added, "the other guy and I just walked out from there". I thought hmmm, maybe they need to train front desk staff on how to convey these requirements in a non-offensive way, especially to new patients? Perhaps they need to change the tone so they don't lose more customers/patients in the future. Just expressing my thoughts. It is unfortunate, it was not a good first impression from my husband.

Stephanie gave me the best cleaning of my life. I have bad teeth so I have to have them cleaned every 3 months. I've had lots of cleanings in my life. This was the best one ever. She was very gentle when measuring the depth of my pockets and during the actual cleaning. I will be sure to always schedule with her!!!

I was referred to this dentist and I have since referred someone else. I like the service I have received and the atmosphere of the office. The whole staff has been quite helpful through this dental process. Dr. Patel has really gone above and beyond during this process.

Returning patient, saw Dr. Miller for a cracked tooth. Dr. Miller confirmed there was a crack and discussed my options. She was very informative and explained everything in detail.

Stephanie is a great dental hygienist! She's very informative, talks you through everything and I never felt pain. Dr. Miller is great as well. I've been coming here for a couple of years and they've been great for me and my family.

Got there for two appointments today. One for my 12 year old and one for my 13 year old. They refused to allow me (the parent) back with my kids! Seriously?! How can they get away with that? They are minors. No parent of their right mind would allow their kids alone in an office with people they do not know! Shame on them and shame on Dr. Patel.

Today was my first time having Dr. Patel work on me. I have an existing filling that has been filled a couple of times from two different dentists. It chipped again. I saw Dr. Patel today and am extremely impressed. She matched the tooth perfectly and you can't even tell which tooth has the filling unless you look at my before and after pictures. She did an extra step that the other two dentists did not do and I think that is what separates a good dentist from a superb dentist. Thank you for making my smile look good again!

Had an appointment today and was amazed at the strong arm tactics to make you pay more. I went for a general cleaning, thought it was supposed to be the $59 special but turned out to be $135...fine. Well I get my checkup and now they want to charge me over $500 for a cleaning and I refuse because I really just want a general cleaning. They actually were trying to refuse to clean my teeth unless I paid them the $500. Well I got the regular Cleaning but was warned that next time I come for a visit that it was the $500 Cleaning or don't show up Oh yeah, the entire time they told me they would honor my previous discount but as soon as I disagreed they made it very clear that was no longer the case. Also on the way out they gave me a "kids" care package not the adult. Guess they were implying that I was being childish Anyhow this is not the team from before and I will no longer give them my business. I need alot more work done and can give my money to less condescending professionals

I was due for my 6 month cleaning in June and since neither Dr. Patel nor anyone from her office reached out to me (as every dentist I've ever been to has) I phoned to request an appointment. I learned she had cut her hours, the only dental hygienist they had now "refused to work Saturdays" and that no dentist would do a cleaning so a Saturday appt was out of the question. It is now the end of October and despite phoning several times to try and get an appt, I have been unsuccessful and nobody has even attempted to phone and notify me of any availability. I finally gave up and went to the newly opened "Nu Dentistry" on Gosling. They took excellent care of me, offer Saturday hours and Dr Ali took care of all my needs personally, including my cleaning and two crowns I needed; crowns that Dr. Patel at Spring Klein Dentistry either overlooked or flat out didnt care about. I also received a temporary crown at Nu Dentistry that not only fit perfectly the 1st time, but actually stayed glued in until my permanent crown arrived; I sadly cannot say the same for Spring Klein's dental work. I am terribly disappointed with Spring Klein Dentistry. Nu Dentistry has found themselves a new patient.

My experience at Spring Klein dentistry has been nothing but exceptional. Dr. Patel and her team have both been welcoming and attentive to all of my dental needs. I have been receiving my dental care and support at this office for over 3 years and appreciate all the care I received from every specialist in the office.
