I have only been here once and I will not be going back. I had an appointment scheduled which I got COVID and had to reschedule when I reschedule I was unaware that my insurance got canceled so I called and asked today if I can reschedule so my insurance can cover my expenses they said I had to pay a 50 dollar cancellation I think it is ridiculous for something I did not know would happen. I asked to speak to a 'hire up' which the girl I spoke with said she would give her a message and I never got a call back. For sure all they care about is money and not there clients what a scam!

Make sure you are reading the breakdown of your treatment plan. When it came down to agreeing what I would pay for there was things added that the dentist did not mention. Additionally, if you are at the dentist, you're taking the steps to take care of your smile. The dentists here will call you out for any little things and try their best to put you down for any minor dental flaw. If you have anxiety about going to the dentist, this is not the place for you.

Took my 11 year old daughter. She fell and chipped both her front teeth pretty bad. They took her in the same morning I called and were able to fix her teeth right away.

Had severe tooth pain on one of my wisdom teeth, requested an appointment for the next day and was able to get in the next morning and even had the tooth pulled! Extremely happy with their professionalism and will definitely be back for future work!

I have been here a few years back so I decided to go there again. Big mistake I unfortunately have been sold things I didn't even need or want. I had cancer last year so the doctor put me on a experimental medication. They couldn't do any root canals. So they had me call other dentist till I found one. So I had to get the work done other places but I had to get the crowns from them. I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for them to put the crowns on. Still no crowns and today I was there for 2 hours as the dentist just messed with the teeth that the other dentist did the work on. They asked me where is the crowns? I replied your supposed to have them for me. They basically didn't have a clue and I'm basically being ripped off.

I have been going to Dr Lalisa for the last ten years. I will not go anywhere else. Her and her staff are amazing. They always make sure I am comfortable and keeps me informed on what they are doing. They always make you feel welcomed. Dr Lalisa is the best. I recommend this dental office. You will not be disappointed.
