The dentist is very rude. I waited in the waiting room for about 30 minutes then waited in the exam room for about 30 minutes when he came in I was on the telephone because it was a very important phone call because I would not have answered it otherwise. As soon as he came in the room he says you need to get off the phone! just like that. It was OK to leave me waiting forever but I understand that but when he said get off the phone anyway I never went back to him.

Dr. Jackson and his team is AMAZING. I can not thank them enough for getting my husband in and surgery scheduled so quickly. (5 teeth extracted).My husband and I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Jackson and his team to anyone.

Dr. Jackson and his team are beyond exceptional! From my consultation to after my surgery, everyone I had contact with was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. I highly recommend their services. It was very nice to receive a phone call from Dr. Jackson 5 hours after my surgery to check up on me .

I just want to say I had the most pleasant, kind, gentle and best experience today with having my 4 wisdom teeth extracted. Don't get me wrong I was a bottle of nerves this morning going to my appt. As soon as you walk in the office you have the sweetest lady there to help you get signed in and then when it's time to go back to start the procedure all the ladies there were so kind and would tell you everything that they were doing to help settle your nerves. I felt no pain from the start to the end of the surgery. I'm so blessed that I was referred to go to Dr Jackson and his great team to have my surgery. And this afternoon to get a call from Dr Jackson to check on me was the icing on the cake, I am so blessed to have met them all. Thank you again.

My husband had his wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Jackson. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and efficient. Dr. Jackson and his staff took the time to explain in detail what was going to happen during the surgery and instructions for home care afterward. Let me just say, if you follow all their instructions, your healing process will be easy and fast. Dr. Jackson even called us personally the evening after the surgery to follow up and make sure everything was going smoothly. I highly recommend this oral surgeon.

I just have to give a big shout out to Dr. Jackson and his AWESOME staff! I had to have a wisdom tooth removed yesterday and they were so great! From the first time i walked in until I left.Dr Jackson called me last night to personally check on me! I will recommend them to anyone and I will love to give them a ten star!! Great Job!

Had oral surgery Wednesday (2/23/2022), the staff that took care of me was most caring and professional and very knowledgeable from the receptionist to my oral surgeon, which was Dr. D.Carl Jackson DDS excellent care was giving throughout my vist, best of all was the personal touch with a phone call checking on my progress and well being from Dr.Jackson himself. I would just like to say thank you to all involved.

Not a place I wanted to be but Dr Jackson and his staff provided the best experience for me, helped me feel comfortable and eased my anxiety. Will be back for wisdom removal, can't imagine a better place to go! Very grateful.

I very highly reccomend Dr Jackson and his wonderful staff. I had 4 extractions today and they all took great care of me. Dr Jackson even personally called this evening to check and see how I was doing. Which really meant a lot. If I ever need an oral surgeon again, I will only want to come here.

My daughter got her wisdom teeth removed this past Friday and I have absolutely no complaints. I love this whole office from the front desk all the way to Dr Jackson himself. I definitely recommend anyone that need work come here for sure

Dr. Jackson and his crew are phenomenal. Went in today to have 4 teeth taken out. I was so nervous but they put me at ease. Easily 10/10. Would recommend anyone and everyone to this guy. Thank you guys so much

My co-worker suggested that I get my wisdom teeth removed (a painful case with broken and impacted teeth) and he seemed so confident that I chose to drive almost 40 miles for my first experience with surgery. All I can say is that from the time I called late on a Friday afternoon, Ms. Noma was EXTREMELY helpful and patient with me and as a result I visited MTOSC and found that everyone in the office is also extremely helpful and welcoming. Dr. Jackson did my surgery this morning and I have no complaints, complications, and barely post-procedural pain. So if you're considering, this is where you should get your oral surgery. Couldn't have been better.
