Dr. Reigart is a York, Pennsylvania native. Following graduation from York Suburban High School, he attended Muhlenberg College and completed his dental education at Temple University School of Dentistry. Dr. Reigart then practiced for two years at the office of Bell-Loeffler-Pitt Dental Associates in Lancaster. In 1982, Dr. Reigart returned to the York area and opened the practice at the Spring Grove Professional Center. Dr. Reigart is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry.
Drs. Reigart, Kistler and Popernack chose carefully which and when radiographs are taken. There are many guidelines that we follow. Radiographs allow us to see everything we cannot see with our own eyes. Radiographs enable us to detect cavities in between your teeth, determine bone level, and analyze the health of your bone. We can also examine the roots and nerves of teeth, diagnose lesions such as cysts or tumors, as well as assess damage when trauma occurs.
Dental radiographs are invaluable aids in diagnosing, treating, and maintaining dental health. Exposure time for dental radiographs is extremely minimal. Drs. Reigart, Kistler and Popernackutilize Digital Imaging Technologies within the office.With digital imaging, exposure time is about 50 percent less when compared to traditional radiographs. Digital imaging can also help us retrieve valuable diagnostic information. We may be able to see cavities better.
Many patients, especially younger patients, are very familiar with the latest technology and are comfortable with the high tech practice. Computers and TV screens are their primary method of information processing.
Drs. Reigart, Kistler and Popernack utilize intraoral camera technology that helps enhance your understanding of your diagnosis. Anintraoral camerais a very small camera. An intraoral camera allows our practice to view clear, precise images of your mouth, teeth and gums, in order for us to accurately make a diagnosis. With clear, defined, enlarged images, you see details that may be missed by standard mirror examinations.This can mean faster diagnosis with less chair-time for you!
Intra oral cameras also enable our practice to save your images in our office computer to provide a permanent record of treatments. These images can be printed for you, other specialists,our dentallab, or insurance companies.

Very nice people, very efficient and are able to work around all those pesky Covid issues. They will do dental forms for submission, but there is no insurance discount, so do be prepared to pay upfront.

I am retired & live on small pension & SS. I can't afford their $350 xrays. So they refuse to do my cleaning & exam. If you're older, I recommend you go elsewhere so you can choose what treatment you want.

Great staff! Everyone is so friendly! Our appts were with hygienists Kelly and Meredith. They put us at ease and did a thorough job. Dr Popernack is our favorite dentist! Amber and Erica made check in and check out a breeze, which with all the CoVid precautions, it is so appreciated!

My daughter had an accident where she needed to have a tooth removed, she is 5. We called that morning and they got her in by 11 and had it out by 12. They were extremely caring and gentle with her so that she was scared as little as possible. We couldn't have ask for a better experience regarding the situation.
