Dr. Sparks was born and raised in Taylorsville, Kentucky and graduated from Spencer County High School. She obtained her undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the University of Kentucky. She also graduated from UK with her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree and was awarded high distinction. Dr. Sparks is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Kentucky Dental Association (KDA), and the Louisville Dental Society (LDS).
She lives with her husband of four years, Mike, and their two little girls, Carter Beth and Ellie, in Taylorsville. When not in the office, Dr. Sparks enjoys attending church, baking, traveling, UK sports, and spending time with her family.
Dr. Sparks loves seeing adults and children and looks forward to taking care of the whole family! She is excited to get to know all of the patients and to be a part of the Eminence, Henry County Community.
Michell was raised in Southern Indiana and graduated from Floyd Central High School. She currently lives in Shelbyville with her husband, Steve. She has over 25 years of experience in dental offices. She enjoys being able to build relationships with patients that are also members of our community. She is dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for every patient and having a great team atmosphere.
Michell and her husband have four grown children and seven grandchildren. Outside of the office, Michell enjoys spending time with her family, watching home improvement shows, swimming, crafting and shopping at antique malls. Michell looks forward to meeting you and assisting you with all aspects of your dental visit.
Tonya is originally from eastern Kentucky, but moved to Shelbyville in 2001. She attended the Academy of Dental Assisting in Frankfort, KY, where she earned her certificate in dental assisting. She also attended the University of Louisville and obtained her EDDA credential. She worked as a dental assistant for 15 years and loved being able to take care of patients. Being able to build relationships with people is her favorite part of her career.
Tonya and her husband, Dennis, have three daughters, the two oldest are married and their youngest is a senior in high school. Aside from spending time with friends and family, Tonya enjoys going to church, watching and attending football games and shopping at thrift stores. She cant wait to greet our patients when they visit or call with questions about their dental needs.
Tiffany grew up in Louisville, Kentucky and attended Western Kentucky University where she received a degree in dental hygiene. After graduation, she moved to Nashville, Tennessee where she met her husband, Shawn.
In 2017, she and her husband moved back to Kentucky and now reside in Taylorsville with their two dogs. When not working, she enjoys doing CrossFit, walking her dogs, and baking. She looks forward to meeting patients of all ages.
Maria was raised in Louisville, KY, and later attended Trimble County High School. She began working at a dental office after high school and loved assisting a dentist, so she decided to pursue an EDDA (Expanded Duty Dental Assistant) license from the University of Louisville in 2003. She has now been in the dental field for 23 years.
Maria is married to Donnie of sixteen years and has three children, two girls and one boy. They live in Campbellsburg and hope to build a home soon. They love their horses and farming the rest of the land which they own. Outside of dentistry, Maria also helps her husband with his work of building barns and serves at Hope Ministries
Crystal was raised in Henry County and graduated from Eminence Independent. She is a graduate of Sullivan College (1997) and ATA College for dental assisting (2007). Crystal worked in Frankfort for fourteen years, then saw an opportunity to join our team and be closer to home and is happy that she did!
Crystal lives in Eminence with her son, DaQuan and dog, Roxy. She enjoys reading, watching Hallmark movies, playing video games with her son and playing cornhole on the weekends. Shes also becoming a Kentucky Wildcats fan.
Amber was raised in Henry County and graduated from Henry County High School. She graduated from ATA College for dental assisting in 2016. Shortly after her completion of college, she continued to pursue her career and obtained her EDDA license. She then began assisting Dr. Sparks and they have been working alongside one another for more than two years.
Amber lives in Pendleton, Kentucky with her husband, Joseph, and three sons, Jackson, Elliot, and Owen. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats. She also enjoys reading a good book, crafting, and camping.
