Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location and easy to find. The only couple of things that I wasn't to thrilled about was the wait time for the Dentist to come in and the office just felt very small and in need of some serious cosmetic updates.

Well to make a long story short I am terrified of dentist the first place and now I'm so terrified that I don't want to go back to another one but have no choice because the doctor trip has proceeded on taking three teeth out but one of the teeth that he broke off and had to drill and poke and pry and twist had he left part of my tooth in my mouth it hurts extremely. The rooms were hot. I will not return to this office I will not suggest this office to another person I am in so much pain right now I have not stopped crying since I left the office at 11:15 and it is now 2:15. He gave me antibiotics and pain pills but the procedure in all right should have been antibiotics before teeth were pulled considering he told me that my tooth was infected so now I have the chance of the whole mouth getting infected because of this. I believe this place is unprofessional I believe that doctor trip in my opinion is a quack and should not be pulling teeth and God forbid if they ever took a child in there to see these dentists. There will no be no good review I will be turning them into somebody if I do not sue them for basically what I feel is negligence because I still have part of the tooth in my mouth it is at this moment stabbing the inside of my lip so it is visible it should not have been left in there and I have never been in as much pain as I am right now. I didn't even have this much pain delivering my three sons and that is ridiculous. I wouldn't have even given them 1 star but I had to in order to post

The Spring dental ladies are very friendly, professional and helpful answering any questions that I may have and they always make me feel welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Wood takes his time explaining everything to me and makes sure to answer any questions. I just had a difficult extraction yesterday and Cynthia was so comforting to let me know what was happening each step of the way. It was like my best friend next to me helping me to relax and she reminded me that the dentist cared about me. Today I woke up with very little discomfort and I am so glad that I have an amazing team behind me to help me have better dental health. The front desk to the hygienist were all friendly and professional and I would highly recommend anyone who may have hesitation going to the dentist to make an appointment at Spring Dental and to know for themselves how easy it is to get the care that they need. Your beautiful smile is just a phone call away.

This office and doctor have possibly provided me with the worst service in healthcare. Not only is the front office disorganized but now they are not wanting to finish treatment. I came in for an appointment today and the front office secretary asked me what my appointment was for. Really? This is a joke of an office, it's probably a good thing the doctor is retiring, if you can even run your front office with simple customer service skills you probably should look for another profession.
