They have a calming and inviting atmosphere. They are also pretty quick while doing their jobs. My mom got a tooth removed and a mold for her partials one day in about hour and half. Then we went back to get her some fillings and I was surprised at how quick it went. This last time she went in for a cleaning and it was another quick and pleasant experience.

They have taken care of myself, husband, and two children for 2 years now. Dr. Thorpe & Pang are both very personal, professional, and go out of their way to ensure we are cared for the moment we walk in to when we walk out.

I made several attempts to get them to fix this issue, now the bad review. They wanted to charge me $4000 for a tooth without even telling me why it can't be fixed. Only one out of the three treatment plan options given was covered by insurance. (the $4,000 treatment plan was the third option they gave me that I said no to. They went behind my back and tried to do it anyway) Claim was submitted and denied twice as a not covered service. Called twice only to be told they didn't submit the tooth number. Both claims! First phone call, I was told the remaining balance they told me insurance would pay is now my responsibility. A manager would call me back. Second phone call, a week later, the man said he would call the insurance and call back in an hour. Again, the remaining balance is my responsibility. Two weeks and neither phone call was returned. They were sneaky and dishonest with me from the very beginning. These people lie and are unethical. You are not seen as a patient. You were seen as an ATM.

My first appointment today was very impressive! The two dentist's I met today were smart, kind, patient, every good thing! I was super nervous to get my tooth pulled but it didn't hurt at all and was super simple. Both Dentist took their time to answer all of my dads questions along with mine. I am so thankful that I finally found a good dentist that accepts soonercare! My entire year has been made just by going here! I have to mention the staff as well, staff was very intelligent and kind as well! God bless these people

Spring Dental got me right in to fix a crown that had popped off. Brandon reseated the crown in less than 10 minutes. Then, told me the repair charge was waved because I was a teacher. Love this and Spring Dental!
