I went for a simple cleaning and never got it. I have never had to make 2 appointments for a cleaning. I couldn't make the second appointment , the reason was out of my control and I tried to call them. Then they called and harassed me, griping like I was supposed to fix it. I wouldn't ever recommend this place to anyone. The woman was extremely rude, crude and talking back to me so I told her to take me off the schedule for good. There was no reason for 2 appointments for a simple cleaning. Guess they couldn't handle it. Lol

They kept moving up my son's appointment without notice we called to ask about the procedure he was referred for and found out. We had to cancel because that early in the day I was unavailable they called back to reschedule and was told they couldn't and that they weren't allowed to and since we missed his sedation appointment we would have to find a new dentist. So mad but honestly lost all confidence in them anyway. So if you have a sedation appointment make sure your ontop of them changing it without notice and punishing you for not being able to meet those changes. If a company's policies are this messed up what else can't you trust about them. Guess we're going to ask our home dentist for a referral to a less incompetent provider

My wife comes here & I feel they want the best smile she deserves! She feels comfortable & my whole family loves the staff. My 17 year old daughter, my 4 year old daughter & even my 12 month old son lol. We love Spring Dental. Dr. Clark is the best man for the job.

The staff was very kind and helped me get relief from the pain I was in. They made sure of my comfort level as well as they have options for patients with dental anxiety. Great atmosphere.

The ladies in the office are so helpful and always have a smile on their face. Every one from the front desk to the dentist! My kids feel comfortable and listened to as do I as their parent.

Great place with considerate people. Very understanding of mental health issues like anxiety. Helped me get to the dentist and feel safe and unashamed for the first time in over a decade.
