I go through teeth pain a lot longer than I should because I'm terrified of going to the dentist. Spring Dental understood my anxiety and worked with me every step of the way to help keep me calm and relaxed. At the tiniest bit of pain they stopped and corrected to where I felt nothing but relief from having people who care so much fix my problems. This is my new dentist and I highly recommend them to anyone who deals with anxiety. Thank you so much, Collinsville Spring Dental family.

These people are honest, hardworking, and so sweet. I had so much anxiety from a past dentist and Spring Dental answered all of my questions, reassured me, amd showed me proof of what they were telling me.

The assistant and dentist made me feel as comfortable as possible mentally and physically. Helped me alot today my tooth is fixed and I can chew my food again. I really appreciate the job that they did today. I would highly recommend this place with the experience I had today.

Absolutely perfect experience. The assistant (I can not remember her name) was kind, and efficient, and great with my 13 year old. Doctor was caring, easy to talk to and made sure that he answered all of my questions before leaving the room and Chera, our hygienist made time to scale my son's teeth when it was not the original plan and educate him on proper dental hygiene. I can not say enough about our experience. My son was a little nervous about going to the dentist but due to the kindness of everyone he did great.

The people are very good at there jobs they try there best to get the insurance companies to pay there shares. The location of ther office is very easy to find in Collinsville.

I absolutely love this office I have had the same dentist for around 11 years now and I will be switching and making this office my primary dental Care office. They are very warm and welcoming and gentle and caring. Judy was amazing. She went above and beyond what she needed to do and for that I am very thankful.

I was a walk in and got there 5 minutes before it says they were open. There was a sign at the front that said "we are in a meeting discussing your visit please take a seat and we'll be right with you" so I sat down next thing you know people are walking in and signing in. They must have forgot the sign was there or forgot to ask the lobby if anyone needed to sign in. They told me they were full as I watch someone who came in after me take the last spot. I'm very disappointed with this dentist for what happened now I'm still in pain. And have been everyday. I would not recommend this place for emergency walk ins they only see 5 a day

Called in December to schedule cleanings for my children and myself. First available was a month away. They called me the evening before and said they need to reschedule because there is no doctor coming in the next day. Also, the doctor that took my insurance no longer works there but they still accept my children's insurance. We rescheduled the kids for the first available (another month away). I called today to confirm tomorrow's appointment so I don't waste another vacation day. I was informed that they need to reschedule AGAIN!!! They accidentally booked the kids on the doctor's surgery day! Were they going to call me at all?!?!?!?! Horrible office management.
