Myself, my husband and my teenager have all been using spring dental south BA for about 5 years or so. We are always pleased with their work and the ladies there are always so kind. We will continue using Spring Dental and would recommend to others. I have been especially happy with my invisalign treatment under the care of Dr. Jack Columbin.

My children look forward to their cleanings and are excited to visit the dentist. (The toy afterwards helps I'm sure. ) They honor my floride free cleaning request.

1st visit and just for semi-annual cleaning. This was the most detailed pre-prophy evaluation I've ever had with careful assessment of gum condition taken and recorded. Then a standard cleaning. The dentist did a visual exam and determined I need a followup treatment with local anesthesia. As a healthcare professional, I was very impressed! Followup 10/2/22 The above review was meant for several weeks ago. Three days ago (Friday), I fell after office hours and dislocated some front teeth. I adjusted them back but called the BA office this morning (Monday)and the dentist saw me within 20 minutes! Who does that anymore? Great service and very pleasant and accommodating staff!

This place is perfect for someone who may be a bit anxious about having dental work. They took such good care of me. I just got my permanent caps seated and they are so pretty. They even threw in a night guard for FREE to make sure my pretty smile will be protected from future damage due to my deep bite. I would definitely recommend.

Every time I visit I have to wait at least ten minutes past my appointment time even if I'm early. This is my third visit here out of being conveniently located. This may be my last because of timeliness and staff never addresses my children by name. It's "I'm ready for you." My child's name is an older name and easy to read. I thought this is really rude! Staff are helpful at the slightest.

Horrible experience! Been going here over a year. Recently they tell me my insurance isn't accepted here (prob something you tell people from the beginning) and I owe over 1300 dollars. Worst part was they held my wife's mouth literally hostage until I settled the debt. They removed my wife's Temp crown and set her permanent crown. Then removed the permanent crown and put back in the temp crown until I paid up. I'm certain there was miscommunication with the insurance and billing but how they treated us was absolutely unacceptable.

I have used Spring Dental for years. I had to take my mom in, she has a cracked tooth and her dentist has passed. She has dementia and back problems and walks with a cane. The staff was extremely friendly and understanding with her. The dentist made sure she was comfortable. They are an amazing group of people.
