I will not be back. Made an appointment because I have some bad teeth that need to come out and this place decides to overlook what's causing me pain and work on the teeth that aren't bothering me. Left in pain and irritated. Complete waist of my time and my private insurance.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. They called the next day to make sure every thing was okay, the day after a tooth was pulled.

Wow! A+ customer service! Great job guys! I felt attended to, well informed, and I felt very comfortable with your staff. Especially your young Dentist I saw. He spent lots of time with me listening to my wants and needs. I will be back and I'm recommending Spring Dental to everyone I know.

I had a wonderful and wonderful exam everybody was absolutely great professional kind I couldn't ask for anything better for from a dentist and I thoroughly enjoyed the visit and I have some more work that I will have done by them

Great Doctor and Staff, very professional and friendly. My daughter was very comfortable. Doctor took his time to explain everything to my daughter and I. Would highly recommend

My daughter had a consultation at this dentist office at 12 pm she waited to go back for hour 15 min. She was checked out of school for this and I was also on my lunch break at work. There were FIVE OR SIX patients that left from being seen in the back in the first 30 min of being there waiting. Not once did anyone come out and get anymore patients... not once did the front desk receptionist apologize for the 5 of us that had been waiting for hour and 30 min. When asked how long it would be the front receptionist rudely said you can reschedule. Very bad patient Access I will also be making a complaint to whoever is above this dentist office. Very dissatisfied. My kids have been going to this dentist for 5 or 6 years.

Honestly the worst dental place ever i wouldnt even give it one star. I moved here a year ago and have tried to get my kids seen here and in this year they have called me three times to reschedule because of no dentist or because they have meetings and its not even like i can get an appointment fast i have to wait 3 to 4 months before wll my kids can be seen. I honestly dont know how they even have this place open.

Every person that worked with me was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I'm 61 years old, and had never been to a dentist before. They all treated me very well and respectfully, from the time I checked in until I checked out. So far, I am very empressed by my experience, and I expect that first empression will remain the same. So empressed that I recommended them to a close friend on my way home. Thank you so much to all of the professionals at Spring Dental.

If I could give it anything less I would, staff is nice but the Dr that happened to be working the day I was there was rude, and disrespectful, he did not make me feel comfortable, I was already nervous from having to go to the dentist my anxiety was high when I got in there and his response to soemthing I said was "well since I was the age I am and have been to the dentist before I should know the process". All I said was I didn't want X-rays if I didn't need them. All he had to say was you need them. He was so rude I was shaking I just walked out I couldn't let any of them work on my mouth. We cancelled all appts and will def go somewhere else. You are a dentist not an MD your kindness matters.

My grandson had a root canal there . They was very intentive and kind. Just wondering why they didn't send him home with a tooth brush.

Tristan (our dental assistant) was just AMAZING! Our 5 and 6 year haven't been to the dentist since we moved to Bartlesville and since covid so our kids were very nervous to go back to the dentist and start seeing a new dentist and Tristan made all four of us my two daughters, myself, and most importantly my wife because she was very nervous for the kid's teeth since it's been a while. Doctor was equally amazing as well as the staff. And they have the coolest system for kids after they are good and get a prize. They get a token and get to put the token in the vending machine and a little toy comes out. They have cartoons playing on the ceiling and a TV on the ceiling in every room. I mean I recommend this place to EVERYONE!

The entire staff have been the most empathetic and professional from beginning to end. I highly recommend this dentistry practice. They are so friendly and welcoming.
