Dr. Rezaiyan is passionate about providing state-of-the-art dental care in a warm, understanding environment. He is also committed to learning and offering the latest advances in dental technology, including digital x-rays, soft tissue lasers, and mini-implants. By employing leading-edge techniques, 21st century materials, and high-tech equipment based on the most recent scientific findings, he and the team at Spring Dental Associates are dedicated to achieving the most favorable results for you and your family.
After obtaining an undergraduate degree at the University of Maryland, Dr. Rezaiyan graduated from Howard University Dental School. He is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Outside of the office he enjoys golfing, cooking, reading and volunteering in our community.
Siavash Ardekani is pursuing a degree in Biology from the University of Maryland. He started his career in the dental field 4 years ago. As office manager, he is committed to patient care, and to helping patients understand their options and maximize their benefits in the often-confusing world of dental insurance. He is also proficient at assisting Dr. Rezaiyan in providing excellent care for our patients. As a hobby, Siavash plays golf, video games and enjoys cooking whenever he gets a chance.
Stephenie Neufeld received her Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Southern Adventist University in 2011. She is committed to helping Dr. Rezaiyan in providing our patients with the best care possible. In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching TV and playing the piano.
Sara Sabeti received her associates degree from Allegheny College of Maryland in May of 2010. She is committed to providing our patients the gentlest yet thorough care possible. Patients feel relaxed and at-home thanks to her friendly, welcoming demeanor.

I wish I could give them 10 stars! They deserve it! Dr. Nima Rezaiyan and his team at Spring Dental Associates in Silver Spring are the most caring, supportive and kind dental professionals I have ever used. They are excellent at what they do and are life savers...always available and accessible with any tooth issues, especially emergencies. I have come to them last minute for several very painful tooth issues over the past few years and they drop everything to help assess my issue and get me out of pain ASAP! Even on holidays, weekends or after hours. Sadly, I cannot say that for many other dentists I have used who are always out of the office, on vacation or otherwise. Nothing but professional, friendly and helpful. If I lived in the area this would be my normal go to. I had a broken tooth dental emergency while traveling and they fit me in the same day and were able to help me. Can't thank them all enough!!

I am one of many who despise going to a dental office. Because of this I payed a price of losing my teeth. I shared this with someone at work and was recommended to check this doctor . Stephanie at the front office was very helpful, though I was nervous and went with out my insurance card she was helpful. The x-ray Tec was very gentle and accommodating. The Dr. took his time to explain what he is able to do for me with all the best outcome. Very gentle and caring. I will definitely go back again.

I needed Emergency Dental Care on a weekend. The wonderful Staff worked me into their busy schedule, and Dentist and his Assistant took care of me. I'm hoping to break a tooth so I have a reason to go back!

Spring Dental Associates is always a pleasure to work with. From Stephenie in reception, to Dr. Rezaiyan and his team in the exam rooms, they are always warm, and welcoming. They even took me within hours of cracking a tooth, and had me in and out within an hour. They are always attentive to myself, and my family, including younger children - 9yrs. We look forward to working with Dr. Rezaiyan'a team for years to come.

They were able to accommodate me for a last minute issue as a new patient when my primary dentist was closed. They were very accommodating and gave me their opinion for a treatment plan but also put no pressure on me to have the procedures done by them in case I wanted to use my primary dentist.

I've been receiving my cleaning and dental care from Spring Dental Associates and Dr. Rezaiyan since moving into the area, approximately 5 years now. I really enjoy my visits and the warm hospitality! The office has always been clean. They're are taking precautions due to Covid-19. With a busy schedule, I am thankful for the timely visit reminders. Parking is easy. Convenient 1st floor location. Highly recommend!

I love Spring Dental Associates and highly recommend it to everyone! You never feel like they're trying to squeeze money out of you like some dentist offices. Instead, they're super honest and helpful about what procedures you need done. The dentist and staff are so competent, friendly, and warm. I've never been to a better dentist!
