This is my second review as I am so pleased with this office. Emily and Dr. Ricketts were awesome to work with and the entire staff is so friendly. If you are looking for a good and honest practice, this is it! I looked for years and I'm so thankful that I found them.

I have been truly blessed by meeting Dr. Fuentes and his staff at Spring Cypress Oral Surgery. I felt extremely comfortable as I left from my prior elvaluation exam last week. Today we did my procedure for an extraction and the placement for an implant. Dr. Fuentes was thru within 45 minutes with the whole procedure for my 1st visit. I could not believe it and that I had no pain during my procedure. I received a follow up call directly from Dr. Fuentes with in 4 hours. What more could I ask for.

super easy from the beginning, making an appointment was easy with the front staff being so nice. got me in asap for consult for wisdom teeth extraction. At consultation surgery was scheduled for the following week. detailed instructions were given at that time so i knew what to expect. surgery day was a breeze, in and out in an hour. prescriptions were called in and ready to pick up after surgery and detailed instructions on how to take them were given. Great experience from beginning to end. thank you to dr fuentes and staff !!!

I brought my 18 year old twins to Spring Cypress Oral Surgery for removal of their wisdom teeth. The procedure went very smoothly, better than I would have ever expected. Dr. Fuentes has a wonderful bedside manner that had my twins completely at ease going into the procedure. It was painless and after following his post surgery instructions, they had no complications at all. We felt completely confident with the twins under his care before, during and especially after with the personal attention and instruction.

Everyone there is friendly and professional. They are prompt with the appointments. The go beyond "their job" to make sure everything goes well. My husband and I saw Dr. Thompson to have some teeth removed. He is very gentle, explains everything and it did not hurt at all. I had three teeth removed and had only discomfort the first day. He calls to check up on you. I can not say anything negative about this practice!

Dr. Thompson did amazing work on my many dental implants and extractions, with great followup care. It is awesome as a patient to be listened to and accommodated every step of the way and I would recommend him and the friendly staff to anyone needing this kind of work. Especially if you are a super anxious person like me, kindness is much appreciated. Forever grateful for giving me back my smile :)

Dr. Fuentes and the entire staff are top notch. Everyone in the office Is very cordial and helpful. I was seen recently with an emergency situation and they attended to me promptly and took care of me. Every doctor let alone any business should model themselves after this staff and business!

Dr. Fuentes made the entire experience for my son getting four teeth pulled absolutely wonderful! My son was anxious and Dr. Fuentes quickly made him super comfortable and he was all smiles afterward. I highly recommend Dr. Fuentes for adults and kids!

Dr. Thompson was AMAZING. I've always had bad experiences with teeth extractions at other offices but I can honestly say that this time around was different. My pain is almost non-existent after only 1 day. Staff members are great and really friendly. Highly recommend!

Dr. Fuentes and the staff at Spring Cypress Oral Surgery are THE BEST! From the consultation to the surgery, they made my daughter feel comfortable and at ease. Getting your wisdom teeth out is never a fun procedure but Dr. Fuentes made it as easy and painless as possible. He genuinely cares for his patients and their well being. The staff was great at answering questions and filing insurance. We couldn't have asked for a better overall experience. We highly recommend Dr. Fuentes!

I put off getting my wisdom teeth out for years because I was so scared. I'm 35 years old now and have always heard it's harder the older you get. I finally had all 4 removed with Dr. Thompson in January and I'm so thankful I found him! It was nothing like I had built up in my head. I didn't really have any pain. I was a little sore on days 4 and 5 and then it was over! I'm so happy I finally did it. If you have to get your wisdom teeth out, I would definitely recommend going here. The office staff were super friendly and calmed my nerves. They answered all of my questions (even the stupid ones) and were really patient with me.

My 18 yo daughter had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Fuentes on the morning of Monday, December 27, 2021. I highly recommend Dr. Fuentes if you are looking for an exceptional oral surgeon! We had a 7:30am arrival time for her surgery. When we arrived, Dr. Fuentes's reception staff were very friendly and informative, providing us with post-procedure instructions and verifying our pharmacy of choice. Within 5 minutes, my daughter was taken back for the procedure. Dr. Fuentes came out to personally speak with me once the procedure was finished, which I greatly appreciate. The entire appointment from walk in to drive out was less than 30 minutes! Before we pulled away, post-op instructions were reviewed with us again and the prescriptions had already been called into the pharmacy. We received communication from Dr. Fuentes's office this morning checking on how our daughter was doing. Again, I greatly appreciate the follow-up! This is my family's second experience having a procedure done by Dr. Fuentes and both times our experience was top-notch! Again, if you are looking for an oral surgeon, my family highly recommends Dr. Michael Fuentes at Spring Cypress Oral Surgery and Implant Center! His staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the facilities are immaculate, and he is timely, personable and an expert in his field!

Dr Fuentes is the man! Seriously if you have the chance to choose him as your oral surgeon I can't recommend them enough. The staff are warm, welcoming, and friendly and Dr Fuentes is a compassionate, caring, and fantastic surgeon! If I could give more than 5 stars I would haha, thanks Dr Fuentes and staff for the quick, easy, and painless experience!
