Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. I've been in 3 times now, twice with my kids and once for my cleaning. I've been treated so kindly from the moment I walk in to the moment I walk out. They're timely, professional, affordable, and understanding. 10 / 10

I went 6 months ago and was told that if I didn't floss, they would have to do a deep cleaning that would be an additional cost. After following the instructions explicitly, I arrived to the office only to be told by the receptionist that I must pay for the deep cleaning or they'd not see me. Stephanie, the hygienist did a great job and only after she finished did Dr. Patel come in and spent less than 4 minutes with me. I asked about a brown stain in one of the tooth's crevices. Dr. Patel said there's nothing that could be done. Stephanie subsequently came in and cleaned the stain. This is a place where they will require you to spend more than your insurance pays and will suggest that you come in every 3 months instead of the usual 6. Assembly line and non caring. BEWARE!!!!

Been going here for 10 years. It's changed considerably. I have a crown that was cemented in place for 20 years from a different dentist. 2 months ago it comes off from a gummy bear. I come in for appointment, xrays, photos, etc...they cement it back on with no words/problems. 2 months later it comes off again while eating noodle soup...slides off like a glove. I go in they want to charge me a office visit. After waving that they again take xrays and pics. I see the dentist...before she even sits down she has the sound of this wont be good/upsell. all of the sudden there is decay, the cap wont stick...etc...zero probs with other teeth (except for one time a terrible sinus infection that came from the front crown--that they made and put on) No decay when I went in to have crown re-cemented...suddenly 2 months later "so much decay the tooth will never stick." I take excellent care of my teeth and have no cavities in 20 years....I'll never go back to this dentist.

Probably the best dentist experience I have ever had. I came in as a walk in in serious pain; Ms. Jasmin was soo empathetic with me and even though they were fully booked she was able to get me in later the same day. They called me and were able to get me in even earlier than the time they gave me which was amazing due to my pain level. Ester was very professional and attentive for my X-rays as well as my procedures. Jasmin was abundantly patient with me regarding my bill-they kept my son busy in the lobby while I had the work done and Dr. Chang was so attentive to my comfort level while she worked on my tooth. While she wanted to have the specialty extract my tooth she was able to remove the bulk of the nerve and give me a temporary filling to alleviate my pain. They also have in house financing and accepted my supplemental dental benefits.

Let me start by saying everyone is nice and the front desk was apologetic. After the specialist broke front tooth I was told to wait at the front desk (about 10 mins) for general to make me a temporary. They did not inform the front of what happened I did and when I did I was to it would be about 2 hours. After 30 mins I got a call saying the doctor was coming in (something about) for me to repair. My take was the specialist did his job and was done. Another issue I noticed is billing, "possible" high priced procedures were on my chart. I was not told by the specialist that they needed to be done so did he do them because they where on the chart? Or was I billed for them and they weren't done. How do I actually know if they are needed because I had no discussion about them.

Excellent customer service by all the staff. Dr. Patel does a great job and I would definitely recommend her as a dentist. Her office equipment is very sophisticated and she is very gentle when she is doing dental work.
