Well where do I start? They're Great. My root canal was without pain. As a whole, the staff, the nurses i.e. dentist techs and friendliness was unbelievable. Dr. Bachour and dental tech, Becky worked on me like a finely tuned motor. Becky knew what Dr. Bachour needed before he asked. The BEST dentist I've ever been to in my life. I'm 74, and have some experience in my lifetime. I would never change my dentist. Enough said, in my opinion, you'd be a fool to go anywhere else!!!

I have been seeing Dr Bachour and his team for over 2 years. He came highly reccomended by my close friends. I found Dr Bachour extremely friend and took an intrest in me. Pam the hygenist was gentle and through in her cleanings which I expect from a dental group. But wait here is the best part . What motivated me to write this rare review for me is when I had an associate in sever pain on a Saturday he couldnt get a hold of anyone. So I called my dental office and Dr Bachour picked up the phone. I said you are closed why did you pick up he said I saw your name in the caller ID and I picked up. I handed the phone to my associate he assessed the situation prescribe some medicine and gave him his cell # out!. The following Monday The associate not feeling well again and not wanting go to his dentist and called Dr Bachour office I got him in right away that morning. The associate need oral surgery and got him set up with that doctor. When in the evening 7:30pm after oral surgery he was in so much pain he called Dr Bachour cell he picked and they arranged to meet in the office at 8:00pm. What doctor does this today? Amazing! Best bed side manor I have seen in my life! I am sharing this story with everyone.

I am a patient because I admire and appreciate the professionalism that I find there. The dentist and the entire staff do the best possible work. I trust them completely. Also everyone there is very kind, caring, and helpful. When I had an urgent need for dental care, I was able to talk to the dentist on a weekend. He ordered immediate relief for me. I strongly recommend this dental office.

The Employees are super friendly. Dr Bachour is friendly, works fast, and I love that that he keeps a conversation with you like you are a person, not just a person in a chair. He cares more about your well being than getting you in and out.

The dentist & the staff are all professional & conscientious. The reason I selected this Dentist & Clinic is because on my first visit the Dentist took the time to speak with me about what to expect & the procedures he would use in implementing my new teeth!!

I didnt have dental work for 20 years and needed many things done! He was amazing at helping me restore my teeth and make it possible for me to get braces! The staff is amazing and everyone will answer all your questions. It gives a family vibe feel which i love! Ive recommended several family and friends and they all loved dr. Bachour as well

It was unfortunate for me when Dr. Stephen Bland retired, and I was forced to change dentists after many years. He was one of the best dentists I ever had. HOWEVER, now I have Nael Bachour, and he too is superb. Dr. Bachour is always very pleasant, caring, and kind. He answers all my questions with patience. I had two teeth that suddenly needed root canals immediately after the Covid shutdown (Murphy's Law, I guess). The root canal was relatively pain-free due to his gentle care and concern for my well being and comfort during the entire process. The clerical staff and assistants are all friendly and helpful. I do not get overcharged and receive a check for overpayment months later. They do due diligence with my insurance company. That, for me, is a big plus. The hygienists are all friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. My teeth are super sensitive, so they recommended that I use Gelcam before coming in for teeth cleaning. It made a massive difference for me. I highly recommend Dr. Bachour and his team to anyone who needs a great dentist who cares. You will not be disappointed in the care you receive at Spring Creek Forest Dental.

I am so impressed with Dr. Bachour and his team. He is not only very nice, but he truly cares about his patients. It amazes me that every dentist assistant knows me by name and is always very welcoming. I would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Bachour is talented, competent, and extremely welcoming. Since he took over the practice he and his staff have become like family to us and we have recommended them to many people that we know. We know several people that drive across town more than 30 minutes because they were so impressed with the service they received. I cannot recommend Spring Creek Forest Dental enough - give them a try and you won't be disappointed.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Cate and Dr. Bachour. Becky and Dr. Cate's assistant were amazing as well. First of all, I saw Dr. Cate only one time at a previous office and he was so amazing. I was so glad to find him and immediately scheduled an appointment. He still had the friendliest personality from when I saw him a year or two ago. Dr. Bachour and Becky were nothing short of amazing as well. I had to have a procedure done and they both made sure I was not in any pain the entire time. . I would 100% recommend them if you are looking for doctors who actually care about you. They make sure you are comfortable during procedures and are just overall caring from the time they see you, until the time you walk out. . I know that I am in good hands.

Dr. Bachour is the kindest most compassionate man. I've been going here for many years and I recently had a lot of teeth extracted to get dentures and I received exemplary care. Dr. Cates is a wonderful also kind surgeon. Everyone from Sharon at the front who always greets you with a smile to Becky & Loretta who assist the dentists to Frank who handles your financing and more. They all go above and beyond to let you know they care about your well being. My son & his wife also go there.They always spend time with you and make sure you understand. I just wanted to say thank you and say if you need dental work this is the best place in Texas!

If you are looking for a family dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Bachour! He has a kind demeanor and is an excellent dentist. Our entire family has been going to Spring Creek Forest Dental for years and we are very pleased with how well he and his entire staff have taken the time to listen-they truly care for their clients. Once, my son got hit in the mouth and we thought his front tooth was loose, so we called up Dr. Bachour and he was able to see us right away and reassure us about the tooth. Dr. Bachour has taken good care of our family over the years!

Dr. Bachour is the best dentist I have ever gone to. He came highly recommended from a family member who use to do their lab work. I have been going to Dr. B for years now. Every time I have gone to his office, the staff has always acted in kindness and Dr. Bachour always have a smile on his face ready to service you. He genuinely cares. You knw how you go to many dentist office and its a fake kindness to initially get your business and they do not care much about you as a patient only about your money, well not Dr. Bachour. I love the fact that he look for ways to try to save me money, be give recommendations on lets try this 1st before we spend this amount of money lets see if this works. I love this! He even gives his personal cell number if he feel you might have a problem over the weekend or during a holiday weekend. I had a gap in the front of my teeth and one of dental assistance suggested I try to get the space enclosed using bonding material. I never had any dentist suggest this to me. In an hour and a half that gap was closed and I looked so different. Like I said, I love that everyone looks for ways to make your smile better and they walk you through different cost so there is nit any surprise but they will suggest the best option to save you money and that is a win win for me. I tell everyone I know, if you need a good dentist call Dr. B.

Dr. Bachour is hands-down the best dentist I've ever been to. Now I realize that is a bold claim, however I have never heard of anyone having a bad experience with him or his staff. He is Excellent an extremely thorough, Dr. Bachour is extremely friendly and he never charges any more then the bare minimum a procedure should cost. They wonderful woman named Sharon who works the front desk is a treasure. I have recommended several friends, and loved ones and they have all been very pleased. He truly is a wonderful dentist.
