On Tuesday May 31, 2022 I cracked a crown on one of my teeth at 8:00 pm. I called Spring Creek Family Dentistry when they opened on Wednesday morning at 7:00 am. They were able to see me at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday morning to remove the cracked crown, put a temporary one in place and take a mold for the permanent one. Thanks for your responsiveness and excellent patience t care.

Was not satisfied with the way I was talked to and wasn't given any paperwork for the work that was performed but I told I needed to pay 650 and I did and given that receipt and that was it. This isn't the first time we have had issues with this office so the first couple of times I thought it was me but I see it wasnt

I called them to ask if they took my insurance and the woman I spoke to said she didn't know. Then proceeded to tell me that I needed to do that research myself. I will not be going here and my wife will now be leaving their practice as well.

The finance/billing department of this practice is exceptional. Jessica and Candy have sorted out some confusing issues with added complexity of me changing insurance plans and the Ins company not publishing updated coverages. It could have been a mess but more than once they've listened patiently and responded professionally. Jessica and Candy are ACES and deserve all due credit!

I wouldn't give these dentists a 1 star but you have to give them something to leave review. They messed my teeth up bad. The dentist filed my tooth down to nothing preparing it for a crown. The crown was made too big and kept coming out due to weight of tooth. That place makes me sick. Also watch closely to your charges and payments cause i should be at a balance of zero lol they have me between 500-600 dollars.

Went in for a couple fillings. The one filling keeps getting infected and the tooth feels ridged and broken. The other filling I can not put any bite pressure on.

This dentist office is by far the most unprofessional dentist office I've ever been to. The two girls behind the desk are more worried about playing/laughing rather than doing their job. I was told to arrive early 15 minutes early & I still didn't get taken back until 30+ minutes after my original appointment time. If I could give this establishment a zero I surely would.
