Dr. Jeff Tan, DDS, Ph.D., our dentist, was born in Kaoshiung, Taiwan and immigrated with his parents to Houston at the age of eight. Raised in the citys suburbs, Dr. Tan attended Rice University for his college studies where he majored in Biochemistry and was graduated Magna Cum Laude for his scholastic accomplishments. Afterward, he initially pursued a scientific research career by matriculating at the University of California, Berkeley as a graduate student, which culminated in the award of a Doctor of Philosophy in 2004.
After working as a professional scientist for several years and publishing prolifically in top-tier journals, Dr. Tan felt his true calling was in dentistry and therefore effected a career change through a rigorous dental education at the University of California, Los Angeles for four additional years. After graduation, he worked in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for two years mastering and honing his skills as a clinical dentist before deciding to come back to his hometown to settle and establish Spring Complete Care Dentistry of Spring, Texas in April, 2014.

Dr. Jeff Tan and the entire team are sensational! From the initial phone call, to the warm welcome when entering the clinic, to the gentle cleaning and check up, to the cavity fills I got, I cannot recommend them enough and they make going to the dentist a good experience. They also provided tips on how to maintain healthy teeth and gums and advised on any potential issues I may encounter in the future. Looking forwards to seeing them in 6 months for my checkup!

I am very happy with my visit today. I have not been here for over 5 years because I now live a bit far away, but I have always liked Dr. Tan and his office so a bit of drive is not an issue for me. Oh, did I say I came here for Dr. Tan lol? He really is the best. He dissects problems really well and can get to the bottom of it very quickly while using language I can understand. I do need some work done after these 5 years so we will be talking about it but I am crystal clear on what I need. This is a fantastic dental office and I recommend everyone who is looking for a dentist to give a try!

I needed a new dentist, which led me to choosing to try Spring Complete Care Dental. The office staff is very polite and helpful. Dr. Tan was great, too. He genuinely shows care towards listening to your dental problems and getting to know me on a personal level. I would recommend this office to everybody.

For the first time since I was 15 years old, I decided to go to the dentist last year at 32 years old. I was embarrassed because I have had 17 years of bad hygiene habits and notable bad breath to go along with all the damage that caused. I managed to have good timing and some luck, though. Despite a bit of permanent damage, they were able to get me back on track. Now my oral health is night and day compared to a year ago. I am very grateful to Dr. Tan and company for doing this for me. the folks here are absolutely stellar. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Yesterday was my first visit here and I instantly fell in love! Everyone was warm, helpful, and friendly. Most of all, Dr. Tan was absolutely amazing!!! The atmosphere was on point as well. I highly recommend this place. Great service! I will be returning as long as I live in this area, and maybe even drive long distances to stay here as well. Thank you!

I always hated going to the dentist. That's why I allowed a broken tooth to stay in my mouth for years until it got infected and caused frequent toothaches. I called several dentists in the area but they were all booked for weeks. So when I called Spring Complete Care Dentistry on Wednesday afternoon and they got me in the next day, I was thrilled. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I'm feeling a lot better now and looking forward to my next appointment to have that tooth pulled.

As much as I dislike dentists in general gotta say Dr. Tan is really, really good and I enjoy seeing him (can't believe I would say that about a dentist lol). The folks at this office are just spectacular. Doesn't really feel like a dentist visit, more like a visit to a friend almost. Great office!
