Dr. Derek T. Schmidt is a lifelong Waukesha resident, from his days at Rose Glen Elementary all the way through his graduation from Waukesha West High School in 2006. He rose through the ranks of the Boy Scouts of America, attaining the rank of Eagle Scout, and Dr. Schmidt is still active with the organization today. After high school, he went on to earn his bachelors degree in biology from Michigan Technological University, where he was both a member of the football team and an assistant coach for the local high school. While home from school on break, he worked for Oral Maxillofacial Associates of Waukesha as a surgical assistant. Dr. Schmidt earned his DDS from Marquette University School of Dentistry in the spring of 2014 and is a member of the ADA, WDA, Academy of Osseointegration, and sits on the board of the Waukesha County Dental Society. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, sports and spending time with his friends and family. He is very involved in the community and participates in the Mission of Mercy on a yearly basis. He lives with his wife, Rachel, and black lab, Diesel, in Waukesha.
I have been greeting patients with a smile at this practice for over 14 years. I enjoy helping our patients with all of their scheduling and insurance needs. In my free time I love riding my motorcycle, spending time with my Fianc, and thrifting for unique finds!
I have been a dental hygienist for over 20 years. I enjoying teaching the next generation of dental hygienists. In my spare time I like painting, watching my kids play sports, and traveling as a family to fun and unique destinations!
Hi, my name is Anna and I have been in the dental field for 4 years. I am a recent dental hygiene graduate from WCTC in Waukesha. I wanted to become a hygienist after watching my mom be a hygienist for the past 37 years. In my free time, I like spending time with my family and friends and doing anything outdoors!

While no one truly enjoys going to the dentist, if you have to go, you want to go here. They are professional, they are clean, they are friendly - and I've yet to find another dental office that matches the superb quality of service as this one - and I've been looking since I moved out of Waukesha 13 years ago simply for the convenience of finding a more local office to where I currently live. It hasn't happened - and I'm about to relocate again in a month or so, putting me close to an hour away from this, MY dentist's office... but you know what, it's worth the drive. I just can't speak highly enough about this office, and I'm very grateful to be a longtime patient here, because a dentist of this caliber is very hard to find. Thanks Dr. Schmidt and staff!

For regular appointments, I always enjoy the warm welcome from the staff and my family will continue to go here given the amazing customer service including the dedication to their patients and quality of services provided.
