A picture explains what words never can, especially when it comes to your teeth. An intraoral camera can take pictures with such detail, it can show cracks and stress marks in a tooth that cant be seen with the naked eye.

Known as CBCT, this advanced imaging technique uses a cone-shaped X-ray beam. The cone beam rotates around your head to create a highly detailed 3D image of your mouth to help us accurately design your treatment plan.

Dr. Conway was born in Houston, Texas but grew up in Omaha, Nebraska. He received his Bachelors of Science in exercise science from theUniversity of Nebraskain 2000. He then completed the Accelerated Nursing Program atCreighton University, an intensive 1-year program, and received his Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree in 2002. He worked as an Intensive Care/Critical Care nurse for nearly 5 years, receiving numerous certifications/training in specialized treatment for patients immediately after open heart surgery and severe renal failure.

In 2006, Dr. Conway was awarded a highly competitive 4-year full ride dental scholarship through theU.S. Air Force. Dr. Conway graduated from Creighton University Dental School in 2010 and entered into active duty with the Air Force. He was accepted into the prestigious Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at Eglin Air Force Base, Fort Walton Beach, Florida where he graduated second in his class. He received extensive training in specialty areas of dentistry, including orthodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, endodontics, implant placement, and IV sedation. He was assigned to Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, where he served for 3 years. During his time at McGuire AFB, Dr. Conway served in many positions of responsibility and leadership, including Deputy Clinical Flight Commander and Chief of Oral Surgery. He continued to advance his training by completing the Advanced Clinical Dentistry Preceptorship in 2013. He was awarded Company Grade Officer of the Quarter 4 times and Company Grade Officer of the Year twice, as well as the Air Force Commendation Medal for Meritorious Service. In 2014, Dr. Conway separated from active duty and joined the Washington State Air National Guard.

Dr. Conways wife, Jennifer, grew up in Newport, Washington. They met in nursing school and were married shortly after. They have five very active boys. The Conways spend the majority of their free time outside, whether its sports, skiing, hunting, camping, riding bikes, or just exploring all the wonderful activities Eastern Washington has to offer.

In 2012, Dr. Hesselgesser was awarded a 3-year scholarship through the National Health Service Corps and graduated dental school from Midwestern University-Illinois in 2016. Upon graduation, Dr. Hesselgesser was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society which recognizes excellence in scholarship and character. Following dental school, he was accepted into a highly sought-after position in a 1-year general practice residency program at the University of Washington where he received advanced training in several areas, including general dentistry, sedation, and treating medically unstable patients. Dr. Hesselgesser has spent the last 4 years in a rural community treating underserved and underprivileged populations.

Dr. Hesselgesser and his wife Kelly have 5 children (4 boys and 1 girl) Keagan, Carter, William, Henry, and Amelia. They love traveling and being active going camping, boating, biking, skiing, and playing sports.

Because oral health is so important, we do everything we can to remove financial barriers and help the greatest number of patients possible. We accept most insurance providers and third-party payment alternatives for those without insurance.
