We strive to provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, and thoroughly enjoy getting to know each and every person on a personal level. Our goal is to make the dental environment a place people can learn to trust and know their needs are being both heard and met. Our practice delivers care in many areas of dentistry from implants, restorative, preventative and pediatric to removable partials and dentures.
Dr. Foglia was born and raised in Vancouver, WA and found her way to the east side of our state, a proud graduate of Washington State University in 1992. Go Cougs! She pursued and earned her dental degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, in Boston, Massachesetts in 2001. She settled in Spokane, WA in 2003 after marrying her husband Adam, a wheat farmer from Wilbur, Wa. They have three beautiful children, Colby, Cyler and Caylee. The entire family enjoys working together both at home and on the farm. Time outside the office is spent at multiple sporting events and quiet time at the lake with family and friends.
Dr. Heather Frampton was born and raised in Spokane, Washington. She attended college at Eastern Washington University where she earned her B.S. in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. She received her doctor of dental surgery from Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois where her father, Conrad Cox who was also a dentist, graduated from.
She and her husband, Jon, have two daughters. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and outdoor activities including swimming, biking, running and horseback riding. She is active in her church and the local dental society.
Dr. Frampton is a member of the American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association, and Spokane District Dental Association. She is also a member of the Seattle Study Club via Meridian Dental Study Club.

I had the best children's dentist growing up and then he retired. I struggled with anxiety when going to the dentist ever since. I have now found the dentist office that will eliminate that tension I was experiencing.

Since my dentist retired 4 years ago I've been bouncing from dentist to dentist trying to find a good one. Being a self pay patient that cares about oral health I'm pretty picky. From the moment I walked in it was a great experience. From the support staff to the dentist everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to explain in detail the problem areas and mapped out a timeline to get them fixed at very reasonable prices. I've found my new dental home!

Spokane Valley Dental has a very experienced and knowledgeable staff. They are all very careful to make your experience a positive one. My first visit was very emotional since I have had extreme anxiety with going to the dentist and guilt for neglecting my dental care. Spokane Valley Dental was not only professional and clear in every aspect of what they were doing and why, but they had the most caring staff who approached me with genuine understanding and comfort. I feel so reassured and confident that as I continue going there for my dental care I will be well taken care of and treated so kindly. I'm actually looking forward to my upcoming next appointment because I know I will be getting back on track with a dental team that is well equipped to serve their patients in the best way possible! If you have any sort of fear or anxiety with dentists, I highly encourage you to call and set up a first appointment and be honest with them about your fears, it will be like a counseling session wrapped up in a dentist appointment and you will feel so much better leaving their office!
