My son had his wisdom teeth extracted. He was nervous but said everyone was supper nice and took very good care of him. Pre and post op instructions were very clear. Everyone was very kind a respectful to both my son and me. Great experience. You can tell they care and know what they are doing. Very professional but personable too.

Don't go here if you're concerned about pain management/aftercare. Over the weekend after surgery, I almost when to urgent care for pain, called the office Monday morning, explained the pain level and amount of over the counter medications I was taking, and was told to put a hot pack on it, as well as other unhelpful aftercare that I was already doing. Called later in the day, left a voice-mail asking for someone to call back, no one did, eventually called again and asked to talk to the doctor or get an appointment for my pain level, I was asked why and told to put a hot pack on and was quizzed about how many straws I've used, which is zero. Was given a appointment for afternoon the following day. I called my primary MD who recognized I needed help. I'm considering filing a complaint with the state about my lack of pain control and the lack of concern by office staff and possibly the MD.

All Necessary information on the tooth removal given by doctor very friendly service provided by the tech prior to meeting with Dr. very soothing and comfortable environment all staff members including business department

My 7 year old daughter has had a few oral surgeries and this experience was the best. She had to get 6 teeth removed, so of course she was very nervous. When we got there, they let her be upset, they were patient with her, and just handled everything so well. We were updated multiple times during the surgery, even though it was very quick, which kept us at ease. I will forever recommend them!

I had two teeth extracted and was normal in 12 hours. Within 24hrs, I was already eating again without any discomfort. Thank you

In regards to this office, STAY AWAY! Dr Freuen 'tested me' to try to prove I was imagining the pain that I'd had for four months. He shoved a needle into the roof of my mouth to prove this. I was kicking and screaming to his comment, 'oh, you CAN feel that.' The office staff was equally appalling as they laughed about what they thought had happened, which wasn't true. Stay far, far away!

I had a Botox and fillers done with Dr. Fruen. I must say he is very good at those injections when having the Botox and when I had my fillers, he numbed me up ( just like I was having a filling) I felt NOTHING! I was really happy with my results and can't wait to do some more.

My first impression was very welcoming. My wait to be called back was less than 10 minutes. X-rays were amazing, no huge mouth gagging gadget stuck in your mouth just a small round gauge to bite on. Doc was fabulous and so very thorough. I'm sure my next visit to have teeth pulled will be just a great. Thank you all

First off, I knocked my own teeth out (not my best moment in life) and these guys had me in within a week of busting them out I have never gone to the dentist and felt ok the next day due to my TMJ. It's always a very painful process for me even for simple cleanings. So you can imagine how much I dislike the dentists! Spokane Oral Surgery, however, was incredible! They were very accommodating with my millions of questions before they knocked me out and then afterwards the only way I knew I had been to the dentist was because of my missing teeth and stitches that were now there. No severe pain from my TMJ! No inflamation in my jaw! This was a full on extraction of 2 teeth AND bone and tissue graft! I was able to eat, sleep and talk afterwards! Seriously wonderful staff and doctors at this company! Even had to follow up today after 2 weeks cause my stitches were hurting me pretty badly and they got me in immediately to get them out! 20/10 would recommend!!!
