I just had an extraction done there today and everyone made it all so comfortable from the time I walked in- the front desk guy- the assistant- the nurse- the doctor/surgeon- and then the afterward people who watch you to see how it's going. Just a really good experience for me. Thank you:)

I just had my 3rd (or maybe 4th, I have honestly lost count) procedure done at this office. 2 teeth pulled, a bone graft, removal of a failed bridge and 3 implants. It took several years. Over all of this time, I had nothing but positive experiences. Everyone in the office was kind and helpful, they were always straight forward about cost and told me up front what my expected portion would be. I had sedation for each procedure and found this to be very useful as I live with several chronic illnesses. Even when they had difficulty with my annoyingly tiny veins, they were always kind and trying to make me feel better and eventually found a way. I cannot say enough good stuff about Dr Freuen's work. Everything healed just as it should and the pain was always very minimal (if you are curious, bone graft is the worst, always use the ice pad!) But he prepared me with meds and good instructions, answered all my questions and I felt good about the pain going away quickly, as it always did. I would not hesitate to come to this office again if I need more dental work and recommend them to all.

I got my wisdom teeth out and I went in with the attitude that everyone has told me "you're going to suffer" but this was not at all true. I did not bruise and I did not have any pain (even without drugs). I 100% recommend this surgery center and Dr. Nicholas Fruen was amazing! His surgical nurses made me feel so comfortable and talked to me the whole time until I fell asleep. Definitely come here for all your mouth surgery needs!

I think that this business is just a business. They show no sympathy at all. If I can't afford something that is all fine but at least show you care.
