Dr. Jennifer Cole is from Chattanooga, TN, and attended Baylor School for high school. She then attended Washington and Lee University in Lexington, VA for her undergraduate studies receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics. After college she went on to the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. Jenn loved her experience working with children in dental school and even received the Tennessee Society of Pediatric Dentistry Award for Excellence at her graduation. After dental school, she moved to New Orleans, LA where she completed her two year residency in pediatric dentistry and earned a Masters degree. She has since been practicing pediatric dentistry here in Chattanooga and is a board certified pediatric dentist. Dr. Jenn is a member of the Chattanooga Area Dental Society, Tennessee Dental Association, and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Jenn and her husband, Chase, live in Chattanooga with their three boys, Cannon, Hayes, and Miller. In their free time, they enjoy eating out at all the yummy restaurants in Chattanooga, traveling, being on the lake, spending time with family and friends, cheering on their favorite sports teams (Go Grizzlies), and watching lots of Puppy Dog Pals!

Great staff! Dr. Webb is the best! They take time to explain any problem & to answer your questions. Would not go anywhere else. My grandson has been going here since he was about 5, he is now 13. They have also made him feel comfortable.

Both my girls have been going here for years and this year I called to make their 6 month checkup and the lady at the desk bluntly told me that they are booked out and should find another dentist. Totally disappointed in the lack of professionalism and for them to make me find another dentist for my children after they have been seeing Splash for years and we're comfortable in the environment

Splash Smiles is excellent! The office staff is friendly and inviting. The office is clean, well maintained and my kids look forward to going every 6 months! Dr. Jenn, Dr. Katie and Dr. Beth are awesome.

We could not have asked for a better experience for my 3 year old's first trip to the dentist. The lobby was very welcoming and he loved the game consoles. They were quick and efficient getting us back for our appt. Taylor was super kind and explained everything to my nervous little guy to put him at ease. Dr. Katie was also phenomenal, explaining and walking through every little thing. At the end, he said he couldn't wait to come back and he isn't scared anymore! I'm so thankful for such a great experience!

Really great experience for my 5 year old who has experienced terrible trauma at a hospital in the past. She was treated so kindly and gently and Dr Jennifer did an amazing job understanding her and how to make her feel comfortable. And also how to help me feel calm, as my anxiety started to rise as well. Definitely recommend this practice!!!

I've been twice now, once when my youngest was less than two. Every single person makes us feel so comfortable, and they do an amazing time with the kids! The doctors are awesome, I have literally nothing bad to say! Happy we decided to let Splash Smiles handle my kids dentistry.

The good: My kids seem to have a positive experience and enjoy the atmosphere. The bad: they aren't open on Fridays, the receptionist kept interrupting me when I was trying to clarify something, they have limited availability, the dentist has had to redo the same fillings 3 times and I had to request a more durable filling material.

I enjoyed bringing my kids here up until the past couple of years or so. Now, I don't look forward to their visits and neither do they. Too much repetitive paperwork, even after just a week or two between visits and the refusal to book multiple 'needed' appointments. Dr.Webb has been accommodating to my anxious kid when it comes to dental work. She is a good dentist and good with the kids.
